Teens Sue Elon Musk's xAI for AI-Generated Child Exploitation

They claim its image generation tools were used to turn their real photos into sexually explicit pictures. The suit, filed in California where XAI is based, seeks class action status to represent thousands of similar victims, mostly minors. The trouble started when one girl learned someone was sharing morphed explicit images of her online. Police litter arrested a local man who had created dozens of such images using XAI's GROC technology, including ones from her homecoming photo and yearbook. He traded them for other illegal content and targeted at least 18 other girls to of whom joined the suit. These young women are dealing with serious emotional fallout.
