A 14-year-old boy has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm after allegedly throwing a rock at a 25-year-old man's head in a Falcon car park, causing him to fall and suffer a seizure. The victim sustained facial fractures and chipped teeth in the attack outside Hungry Jack's. Police are investigating other children seen in video footage, with further charges pending.
