Teen Biker Hit by Hit-and-Run Driver in Birmingham

He was biking in the 69-hundred block of division-adventing Thursday just after 1230pm when a vehicle hit him and drove off. The teen ended up with cuts and bruises on his face, but nothing serious. Paramedics took him to Children's of Alabama for a check-up. Police described the suspect vehicle as a convertible sedan driven by a woman who fled the area. Investigators are still hunting for leads, and hope witnesses will step up to help bring this case to a close.
