Ken Weary is a well known leader in the tech and remote work space, as the COO of the fully remote team at HotJar. When not leading 100s of employees spread across 30+ countries, he’s just living a typical life as a nomad dad and husband, traveling the world, homeschooling teenagers, and trying to decide whether to settle in Portugal or move on to the next adventure on another continent.
