John-Michael Mader founded a Non-Profit Organization entitled “Beautifully Broken Ministry” in 2018—a ministry geared towards youth empowerment through testimony and teaching. In conjunction with such ministry, in 2019, he founded Uncaged Life Coaching. A business geared towards assisting persons with coaching and counselling. He is a certified Life Coach and Adolescent and Child Counselor. In 2020, he founded “Mission 300,” an initiative to empower men, specifically young men. It aims to produce and instill the core values of a gentleman through various programs and initiatives.
