Teaching 69: Being more loving and more in your heart

This teaching is to make you more loving and more fully in your heart. You can be more loving if you do the things that you can feel love for and do them with your loving attention. You can do this with many activities, and you can do this in your own way. You can be more in the way that you are loving things by doing everything in the way that you feel most natural and most you. You can do things in a way that you are more loving by being with your own ways of living that make you very you and very free.

You can be more fully in your heart by doing your activities by being in your heart and loving what you are doing. You can be in your heart with your own way of living by being the most central part of your life. This is done by letting go of your roles that you have taken on from your way of being in the world such as a good parent, child, brother, sister, partner, colleague, boss, aunt or uncle. Then you can be in your life more freely which makes you in your heart.

You are a good person.

You are a free person.

You are a whole person.

You are a good person.

You are a new person.

You are a great person.
