TCE: Founders Series - CXIP with Daniel Arsham and Jeff Gluck

Daniel Arsham is a contemporary American visual artist who works across art, architecture, and performance. His work has been shown in museums and institutions worldwide, including MoMA PS1 and the New Museum, New York among others. Since 2013, Daniel has developed a highly successful edition practice with global reach, including collaborations  with the likes of Adidas, Dior, Pharrell Williams and Pokémon. In 2021 he was appointed Chief Brand Officer, helping to craft a universal NFT minting solution that better protects creators and collectors. And will be releasing a new collection on Nifty Gateway, “Eroding and Reforming Digital Sculptures: Cars”.

For more than a decade, Jeff Gluck has been at the forefront of contemporary IP law in the fields of art and fashion, helping artists, designers, and content creators protect their livelihoods without the excessive costs of antiquated law firms. Operating with a team of seasoned intellectual property litigators, he has recovered millions for infringement victims and has successfully resolved several landmark artists' rights cases. Now he is leading the team at CXIP to bring protection and verification to all artists in Web3.
