Taylor Sheridan Praises The Madison Team

Taylor Sheridan, the mind behind Yellowstone, had nothing but praise for the team on his latest series, The Madison, during its New York City premiere, on March 9th. The new Paramount Plus show stars, Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell as a New York family dealing with grief and Montana's Madison River Valley. Sheridan, now 55, used the event at Jazz at Lincoln Center to highlight the hard work that brought it to life. He called out the production designer, casting director, composer, editors, and producers for their efforts. But he saved his biggest thanks for director Christina Alexandra Voros, saying she took his vision and ran with it in ways that blew him away. Sheridan and Voros go way back having teamed up on Yellowstone in 1883 before. In a rare speech, he explained how he writes the stories but relies on talented folks to make the magic happen, especially trucking gear across rivers. And up mountains. The series demanded real commitment from everyone involved, turning challenging locations into something special.
