Amidst this devastating and life changing news, Taylor began a spiritual journey. Through this process of self discovery she has found some peace with her diagnosis, and using her newfound sobriety, charges head on at the unknown. Now, seemingly, she treats that .5% chance as if she won the lottery; welcoming each new challenge as an opportunity to learn more about herself and strengthen her mind and spirit. Sure, her snowboarding might look different now, but she's doing it, refusing to allow this diagnosis to stop her. She still has goals. She still has dreams.
