Police and Ajax Ontario are investigating a homicide after a man died from serious injuries during what started as a reported break-in at a home. Officers rushed to the scene around 12.40am near Harwood Avenue North in Totten Road East where they found the victim and pronounced them, dead right there. They launched a big search with K-9 dogs but came up empty on the two suspects who fled the area. Investigators now say it was a targeted attack, not random, and there's no threat to the public. Police are sticking around the neighborhood as they dig deeper into what went down last night.
