Taraweeh Reflections Day 12– Ramadan 1444 Hijri 2023

In 12th night of Taraweeh reflection, the Sheik discusses the importance of belief in the Day of Judgement and accountability in Islam, focusing on Al Ra'd (Surah 13) verse 18. The verse highlights the rewards for those who believe in Allah(swt) and the consequences for those who reject His(swt) message.

 

Belief in the Day of Judgement connects to the purpose of life, emphasizing that worship is living according to the commands of Allah. The Sheik reflects on accountability and forgiveness as central concepts in Islam, and that even those who make mistakes can be forgiven if they repent and return to Allah(swt).

 

The reflection emphasizes the importance of faithfulness, obedience, and adherence to the teachings of Islam in order to achieve a good outcome (Al-Husna) on the Day of Judgement.
