Tar Heels Hit Europe for Summer Tour

0:00On May 1st, Carolina volleyball head coach Mike Shaw dropped big news the Tar Heels are hitting Europe for a summer foreign tour. It kicks off May 28th in Istanbul, Turkey, for a 10-day swing through three countries, wrapping up June 8th. The squad starts with four days and three matches in Turkey, then rolls into Slovenia for one or two games. From there, June 5th takes them to Venice and Milan, Italy, for another clash before heading home. These tours build serious team chemistry in international edge ahead of the season. Fans, y'all get a front row seat to the prep work with two open practices at Carmichael Arena, May 26th at 4pm and May 27th at 9am. Opponent stay under wraps for now, but expect announcements soon.
