Cross Creek Ranch and Dover sent out an email late last night announcing it had ceased operations due to issues beyond their control and tough industry. Changes. Couples who have booked dates there, some as soon as 12 days away, woke up to the shocking news. One bride, Gabrielle Cragher, had her floral consultation at the ranch just last Saturday, with everything looking normal for her April 18th. Wedding. She did not see the APM email until 5am, leaving her and tears all morning. Other families shared the same story, including one dad whose daughter's big day was set for 10 months from now. These folks are heartbroken and furious, calling the blanket email the worst possible way to break the news. They drove by the empty venue, hoping to talk face to face, but no one was there. With so little notice, especially for those just weeks out, they feel betrayed on what should be their dream day.
