This is kind of an anniversary because of the notable episode count—this is #350 of Talks, which are usually interviews from all walks of life, sometimes conversations with Dread or others, and other times solosodes, as in this case. Spanny is alone on the mic giving updates in two broad areas—Business and Personal—that have evolved significantly over 350 episodes. In business, changes have included refining the "product" that he delivers, starting to learn how to promote, and better understanding the roles of luck and networking. In personal matters, Spanny finds that he questions more in all directions (even details of brushing his teeth!) and has come to consciously choose his battles as well as more deeply perceive the frailty of life. As he explains, all of this is simply about living life better.
