About this episode
Willie Gevertz, a native New Yorker, is a popular You Tuber, Instagrammer, and social media expert who fell in love with Hungary after just one visit and then decided to move there, where he then fell more in love with Hungary and it’s also where he met fiancé. During this new adventure, Willie had been documenting his love of Hungary and the Hungarian culture by walking around towns and cities in Hungary and talking to the local people. Through his walking travels, he then created Instagram posts and You Tube videos documenting his journeys and experiences with the country of Hungary, its towns, its history, its culture, and most of all its people. Formerly known on social media as “Walking With Willie,” he is now known as “With Willie” as he has expanded into many additional adventures such as teaching English to Hungarians through the use of Folktales. Whether you know a lot about the country of Hungary and its people, or you are looking to learn more, Willie Gevertz, offers a wealth of information on Hungary, its people, and its culture through his social media platforms. You are sure to learn things about Hungary from Willie that you may not even know…. that you didn’t know.
