About this episode
Over my 43+ years of stuttering, I've learned many techniques to help with my fluency. One of those techniques is talking in front of the mirror. In this technique, I am cognizant of my facial expressions and through practice, I can improve my overall delivery. I have practiced in front of the mirror from 30 mins to over an hour for days because you've heard the old saying, "Practice makes perfect".
If you have used this technique, please let me know by clicking the link at the bottom of the page and sending me a voice message. If you have a voice recorder app on your mobile device, you can also record a voice message and email that voice message to: [email protected]
If you send me a voice message, I will put it in my next podcast episode.
You are not in this alone, we are all in this together and if we can learn from one another then that is a blessing.
