He is a founding member of improv groups The Swarm and The Stepfathers in New York, and The Smokes in Los Angeles. His TV credits include Reno 911, Law and Order, Workaholics, Happy Endings, Weeds, Parks and Rec., and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Billy was the host of “Uncorked,” a food, wine, and travel show.
