Barber joined the organization following the 2019 season, making this his sixth draft with the Phillies. His first-round picks include Mick Abel (2020), Andrew Painter (2021), Justin Crawford (2022), Aidan Miller (2023) and Dante Nori (2024). Painter, Crawford and Miller are all top 100 prospects. We ask Barber about some of those picks, the strengths of the upcoming draft, life on the road and more.
