Taking the Band-Aid Off

Happy New Year! Difficult conversations can be laced with truth. So with that being said why my week go from accomplishing the goals to a fall from grace? So I decided I am going to clean house and deal with the reality of the situations.

So don't think that you can still be accomplished and do your goals and be challenged. Having to dig deep into my therapy to make sure that my flight or fight didn't have me make bad decisions

Taking the band-aid off is hard it makes you come to a reality of your own wrong doings, not discount what is happening, be honest about your feelings, and own your mess.
