About this episode
The gap between where we are now and where we want to be will more often than not require us to do something that we have never done before.
It will require us to take a leap of faith, to put our trust into something that we can't see, that we don't know and that we can't touch.
Taking a leap of faith does not mean that you don't have fear.
Taking a leap of faith means that you have such a burning desire to get where you want to go, and to live your life how you want to live, and to experience life in that way that in the deepest part of you knows is 100% possible - that your desire outweighs your fear.
It means that you are able to accept that right now you don't know what you don't know, and the only way you are going to find out what you need to find out, is to think, feel and act in a different way than you ever have before.
Every great success, every great achievement, every great transformation had at it's very beginning a yes.
And every single one of those yeses was from someone who made a decision to just say no to the fear and yes to taking a leap of faith.
To hold the vision and trust the process, however terrifying it might be. Because in that moment of saying yes, something changes within you, and you will never be the same again.
