T-8 Outdoors with Derek Demun

Hunting is hard - it just is. Derek Demun, however takes it to the next level. Derek is a T8 paraplegic, and he hunts with archery gear. Ok now that is elevating the toughness challenge quotient.

Derek, a competitive snowboarder was chasing his dream competing around the world when at the age of 21 broke his back at T-8 altering his life forever. A change in outlook in life and a not willing to fail mentality shepherded Derek into hunting where he is living his best life.

Derek is an inspiration for all of us and it has not come with out a price. He discusses the depression he struggled with and his will to chart a course of happiness and achievement in his life.
