About this episode
After a lifetime career in business development, Susan and her husband now live in the country outside a small town in Texas where she is now a full time author/poet and entrepreneur. She loves sharing her experiences as a parent, author, mentor, coach, and business leader.
Susan is the author of the best-selling book Wheels of Injustice: Saving My Child from the Child Savers, a heart-tugging memoir about her crusade against an out-of-control child protection system that takes away her daughter and falsely accuses her husband of abuse. She has also published the first in a series of children's books Button Goes to School, with two sequels to the book already written and currently being illustrated.
With God’s help, she conquered several challenges in her business and personal life and can share what worked —and what didn't.
Susan recently assembled an eclectic group of six creative experts (who were strangers to each other and lived in different countries). From this group, she created a cohesive and dedicated team with a strong bond to work with her to provide author services in a unique way. They share a drive to see the company— and each other—succeed, relying on God to guide their path.
Their company is Soul Sonshine, and they help authors make the books they dream about come to life.
