Hr: Usred prostrane doline, okupane suncem, stajala je farma Ivane i Davora.
En: In the middle of a vast, sunlit valley stood the farm of Ivana and Davor.
Hr: S brežuljcima punim suncokreta i pšenice oko sebe, farma je bila prava slika rustikalnog života.
En: With hills full of sunflowers and wheat surrounding it, the farm was a true picture of rustic life.
Hr: Kuća je bila skromna, ali šarmantna, s terakota krovom i izlizanim drvenim kapcima.
En: The house was modest but charming, with a terracotta roof and worn wooden shutters.
Hr: Ivana i Davor sjedili su za drvenim stolom ispred kuće i gledali u daljinu.
En: Ivana and Davor sat at a wooden table in front of the house, gazing into the distance.
Hr: Ona, sa svojim odlučnim licem, uvijek je mislila na budućnost farme.

En: We can't do that," replied Ivana decisively.

En: "We must keep this land.
Hr: Pripada našoj obitelji.
En: It belongs to our family."
Hr: "Dok su raspravljali, približavala se Velika Gospa.
En: While they were discussing, the Feast of the Assumption was approaching.
Hr: Ivana je imala ideju da organizira festival.
En: Ivana had the idea to organize a festival.
Hr: "Možemo pozvati cijelu zajednicu.
En: "We can invite the whole community.
Hr: Kao veliku proslavu.
En: Like a big celebration.
Hr: Možda skupimo dovoljno novca da platimo dio dugova.
En: Maybe we'll raise enough money to pay off part of the debts."
Hr: "Davor je bio skeptičan.
En: Davor was skeptical.
Hr: "Što ako to ne uspije?
En: "What if it doesn't work?"
Hr: ""Moramo pokušati," rekla je Ivana.
En: "We have to try," Ivana said.
Hr: Njena odlučnost konačno je uvjerila Davora.
En: Her determination finally convinced Davor.
Hr: Dan festivala stigao je brzo.
En: The day of the festival arrived quickly.
Hr: Nebo je bilo plavo, a sunce je sjalo s visine.
En: The sky was blue, and the sun shone from above.
Hr: Ljudi iz cijelog kraja došli su na proslavu.
En: People from all around came to celebrate.
Hr: Imali su štandove s domaćim proizvodima, svježe pečeni kruh, sir i vino.

Hr: Zajednica se okupila oko nje i Davora, odlučni da spase festival.
