Summer Mode Activated and Habits Were Left Behind S1E9

Summer is here and you're probably already in full on summer mode. Maybe you have vacation plans or you've just mentally checked out. Which by the way, you deserve to take a little break!

But maybe while you're in summer mode, the habits you've been working on start to slip. This happened to me in June and I was so disappointed in myself. But we are working on giving ourselves more grace. Remember you are not a failure for letting some habits go while you were taking a well deserved break. When you are ready, you could always start working on your habits again. You could start slowly if you need to. You've built up these habits before, I know you'll be able to do it again.
