A welfare check in Fort Smith, Arkansas, turned into a murder investigation when officers discovered the body of 72-year-old William Dubois Jr. At first, officers believe a suspect at the scene is the guilty party, but as they investigated further, suspicion began to fall on 21 year old Taylor Elkins, who just so happened to be a former student of Willam, and would soon become the number 1 suspect.
