This guy, we've been talking off the air for a couple of minutes already. 13 minutes we've been talking. Before we even started the show. And he's got me all excited here. He's, I don't know how to describe it. It's Stoner Van Halten. And he's got a YouTube channel called Spon Ranch Worker. And he does two live shows a day, seven days a week on YouTube. So he's all hooked up with these guys, with the Manson family, passed and present, and maybe even future. And he knows all about the current lawsuits over the estate and everything. This guy is clued into everything. So Stoner Van Halten, are you there?

3:05Yes, I'm right here. How you doing? Very good, very good. Thank you so much. So tell us about yourself. Who is Stoner Van Halten? Well, Stoner Van Halten is just a character that I created. I have a nickname, Stoner, when I was young. Right, I smelled a lot of marijuana. So that was kind of where that came from. Honestly, I've been into the Manson case since the 80s. And I've done some time in prison. I've done two terms. And I'm very open about my life. And now when you see my live shows, I really don't hold back on anything. And while being in prison, when the last time I was released, which was November of 2011, I got out and I was trying to think of a way not to go back. And honestly, I was just getting into social media. I really didn't even know what Facebook or YouTube really was. And a friend of mine suggested he's like, hey, you got some character to you. I think you can do a show on YouTube. I thought they were nuts. And someone said true crimes. And you kind of spawned into that. And I happened to be from Shatsworth. I'm not originally from, I grew up in Beverly Hills, California. My dad dropped to Arnold's Box.

4:05And you can look him up. And he like, I was adopted into a nice, white rich Jewish family. We moved out into the Valley in 1985. In Shatsworth or Woodland Hills, I should say. And of course, when you're living in the San Fernando Valley, one of the stories that comes with growing up is the hills of Shatsworth. And everybody goes up there to smoke pot and drink beer and hang out. And we got the train tunnels. And of course, you got the spawn ranch up there. So I decided to go to spawn a ranch one day and start making little videos about the place. And they started getting really popular. And to me was getting just kind of boring making those videos. So I started doing other things. I started cleaning up and taking care of the area, which got me in trouble with the park service. And I followed them for three years. Now we work together, which is great. And we follow all the park service rule. And everything's fine. And they know I give tours. They do the same thing. Now, as a matter of fact, they came on one of my tours to see where I go. And then I took one of their tours. And now they go everywhere I showed them. Which I thought was rather funny.

5:06Really, I'm only doing this because I was just, you know, I was homeless when I came out of prison. I had nowhere to go, no family. And I didn't want to go back. And I know I'm probably the only person on the planet who took a topic like Charles Manson and Spawn Ranch and really turned it into something positive. I have a great job in a house, in a car, and a girlfriend. And I'm doing so much better than I was. I'd say seven or eight years ago. Because right now if I wasn't on the show right now and I was who I was, I would probably be robbing your house right now while you're doing the show at. And I don't think that that's any better. But you wouldn't get another from my house. I wouldn't be doing too much better. But I would go in there because I would be high on drugs and stuff. If I wasn't doing this, because a lot of people look, this is just a hobby and I'm very good at it. But I'm not trying to start anything. I'm not trying to manipulate your children. I'm not trying to start a cold. I'm not trying to take advantage of young women. I just happen to know a lot about the case, about Spawn Ranch due to the fact that I've come in contact

6:07with real members of the Manson family. Plus I've come in contact with members of George Spawn's family. They actually reached out to me and you can see this video on my YouTube channel, Spawn Ranch Worker. I interviewed a grandchildren of George Spawn. They wanted to rectify their name and I interviewed them. They didn't trust the media. They trusted me because they knew I would tell the truth. And we did a great interview at the ranch which you can see on my Spawn Ranch Worker account. The audio on it may not be the best, but you can still hear it. I'm sorry about that. My program is a little on the cheap side. But let me ask you a couple of questions. Let me ask you a couple of questions. The last time you walked up in prison, what were the charges? I was growing marijuana and a health gun. Oh my goodness. And a fellow with a gun, right? And then how much time did you get on that case? 25 months. That's not too bad. OK, 25 months. And then you said you were homeless when you got out. So did you get out on parole? Or they wouldn't give you parole because you didn't have a home? No, I got out on parole.

7:08And the agreement that I hit, it's a real pain in the ass. The agreement that I had is that since you have no address, you have to check in with your parole officer every day. Every day I had to either call him or show up at the office until I got a place to live. And then he would regulate it like once a week, once a month. Now let me just tell you this. There's a really good movie out called The Manson Family Vacation which came out in 2015. It has nothing to do with the case. It's actually a funny story about this guy who was released from prison and he goes around giving tours. And when I first saw this, I was like, I swear, I thought somebody was following me with a camera because that whole movie is really everything I've done. I lived in a tent in the backyard in my friend's house just like the character. I read Helter's Salter to a friend of mine's kids and they got really mad just like in a movie. It was really, really weird. So I really recommend seeing it called Manson Family Vacation, in 2015, it's actually kind of funny. But that was me, that character. And this wasn't anything planned, honestly.

8:10Everything that happens for me, I just came in at the right time. I was able to meet Robert Hendrickson before he passed away. He made the 1973 documentary Manson, which was nominated for Academy Award. It didn't win, but it was nominated. I was able to meet him at the right time. Meet members of the Manson Family. Plus other people, the children, some of the children of some of the Manson Family members. Like I said, I don't try to reach out to these people. They're just wondering what I'm doing and what I'm saying. And once we realize that I'm not saying anything bad. I'm not saying anything good, either. I'm kind of like on the fence. I'm just trying to get people to realize there's another side of this case that you don't see. And everyone just wants to believe that Vincent Bulliosey book, Helter's Salter, which is bullshit, and probably the worst book ever written on the subject. If you want other book recommendations, I can give you some great recommendations. But that book right there seems to be the one book that controls everybody. As soon as you say Charles Manson, everybody gets scared and everybody gets nervous

9:11and they don't want to hear it. So they think what I'm doing, I'm evil or I'm bad. Honestly, once you start seeing my show, especially my live show, if you'll see that I'm one of the most honest people, I help out as much as I can, the homeless myself. I've been there. I know what it's like to be starving. I'm eating out of the gutter or out of the garbage. I've been where everyone at one time has been, but I've gotten my life back together. I've just done it by using Charles Manson and Spawn Ranch, and I've taken a really morbid subject and made it very positive in my life, not in everybody else's, but only in my life. I can only speak for myself here. Like I told you that, if I wasn't doing this, I would be on drugs and I'd be ripping people off, and it would be horrible, and I would be back in prison right now, and I can't see how that's any better. As I happen to give tours at Spawn Ranch, people are like, oh, you're a bad person. Am I really? Because I'm ready to help out more. I'm ready to go help the, whatever clothes, the homeless, feed the homeless, do whatever you need to do, and I've done it. I totally believe in stuff like that. So, you know,

10:11well, let me ask you this. It's a hardcore subject, my friend, but believe me, for me, it's the best thing I ever have a house, a job, a car, a girlfriend, like I said, I have stuff due to the fact that I'm doing this, but believe me, it's just a hobby, and I'm very good at what I do. Okay, now, what if I wanted to take this tour? How would I go about it? Well, because I moved away from Los Angeles, I'm not living in Shapsworth anymore. I'm living up north now. I don't, you know, I live in like 400 miles away, so I don't give as many tours as I used to. I'm only averaging on this year I gave about, oh, I think it was about seven or eight tours this year. Right, I drive, like I said, I drive down Los Angeles 400 miles both ways, and I give these tours for free. I just want people to know that, that I drive 800 miles to give a free tour, and I get crowds as low as 10 people, but it's highest 50. I've got normally, I get about 30, 35 people that show up, and that's a good crowd, and I really like it from all different ages, from 18 to my oldest person, actually the oldest person

11:14we had was 70, and they remembered the story very, very well. We've had, well, we've had certain individuals whose names I don't want to mention, because they don't want people knowing that they were on the tour, certain celebrities and stuff like that, who have taken the tour. Some people don't want, they're very curious, this is so fun, I get a lot of people on my tour who are very curious about it, but they don't want their friends, their family, their co-workers, their boss, and I always ask them we take the tours, like who doesn't want to be filmed, or who doesn't want to be photographed, please tell me now, because I do document this for my own personal use, but if you don't want to be filmed or photographed, let me know. I understand, you know, people, it's a really weird topic for people to understand, but if you look at other groups on Facebook and other social media outlets, every other kind of killer has their own group, like there's Ted Bundy and Richard Ramirez, and I'm not lying, there's really all these other people that kind of are really into that stuff, and I'm like, wow, you guys all seem kind of, you know, nice and normal, but why don't people ever look at that?

12:14Like, why don't, for some reason Manson seems to be number one, he's number one, when you say his name, it scares people more, then if you say Jeffrey Dahmer or John Wayne Casey, even though those guys are horrible, for some reason they don't seem to affect people, the way the name Manson does, and this goes into what we were talking about earlier about the estate and his name, and this is what Jason Freeman, the grandson and Michael Channells, the his best friend are trying to get to, and we should talk a little bit about that. Before we get into that, now what about Spawn Ranch, would all the fires and stuff like that, you hear that there were fires, and how much is left? There's nothing asked Spawn Ranch, and honestly, look, I honestly, and I've said this before to a lot of people, if that area were to burn down, what you did in 2006, with the last part, it's fine, it's just all shrubbery. As a matter of fact, it's a lot easier to see the ranch once everything's burned away, and it regrows, and it's done it before. I mean, I feel back to the old trees there there, but besides that, everything that's there,

13:15it's just shrubs that instantly will grow back, because the last time it was burned, I went there, honestly, I could see it a lot better. I mean, it's really, you know what I mean? So to me, it's not, if that area burns, it's not the worst thing in the world, because it will recover very quickly, and plus it's just burning shrub, that's no big deal, honestly. So the structures are still there? No, no, no. There's nothing there. There's nothing there, and I keep telling people this, some people are like, well, how can you give a tour somewhere where there's nothing there? And I say, well, what age did you stop using your imagination? Because you have to use your imagination. Of course, you nothing was here prior to taking my tour. It's the story behind it, and there actually is one item there that's original that I do show people. There is actually one, actually two things there that are original, and I kind of keep it a secret, and I tell people that one there, one on the tour, that they can see that's still there, it's all the way on this time. I mean, the only reason why I don't announce it too much is that I don't want people stealing it, or taking pieces of it, or whatever, like hopefully if they stay there.

14:17So you have to use your imagination, but I give you a tour of where all the buildings were, where the Corral was, where George Spawn's house was, where the trailer was, lovers Lane, if you got the life magazine, I think from 1970 or 1971, there's a famous picture in there of them all sitting in this little cave. Right. Members and family, it's a very famous picture, and that is the number one most photographed thing at Spawn Wax. That's what everybody wants to see. And I always save that for last, because I noticed one time I gave a tour where I showed that first, and then nobody wanted to see the rest of the ranch, they just wanted to stay, and I'm like, okay, I'm not gonna do that again. So I give you a tour of everything else first, and then the highlight or the headline of the tour is, the life in an area where the Manson family spent their most time. There's a Charles Manson rock there, where Manson would play guitar, and it's really kind of private, you can't be seen from the road,

15:18though, it's a kind of cluster of shade there. If you're on the top of the ranch, there is no shade. So if it's 100 degrees up there, trust me, you are gonna get sunburned very easily. So they would throw in this wooded area, where it's 10 to 20 degrees cooler. Manson would play guitar, the girls could run around half naked or naked. They ride their horses around, they got their dune buggies, and that area is where everybody wants to, what everybody wants to see, and I always eat that to the area. My tours are about two miles long, but it's uphill, and you do need to be in shape. I'm serious, if you smoke a pack a day, and you're 20 pounds overweight, you're gonna feel it on my trip. I've only had one incident on my trip where a man overweight, he could not make it. He was already five minutes into my hike, and he's like, you almost had to call an amp, but we didn't his wife got him down, and that was it. So you do need to be in a little bit of good shape for the first part of the hike, because it is uphill, and we're taking you to the back of the ranch. You'll see everything from Frank Ritz's house, the Red Mesa, Bruce Davis' car,

16:19which is back there now. You'll be able to see the back part of the ranch, but it is a good hike. Coming back to a lot easier, because it's all downhill, your weight will just throw you down downhill, so it will leave me a lot easier. But I will tell people now, you do need to be in somewhat good shape, you know, at least get out and walk around, it's up like that. Have good shoes on, there is snakes there, and there is poison oak. The snakes won't get you, but the poison oak will, but I keep people away. Plus all my tours that I give are, as long as you know, they're all free. I do accept donations, but all my tours are free. It's just like the state. The state runs their tours the exact same way I run it. We have, I leave the tour, and then we have another person that I trust in the back to keep up all the stragglers, and follow all the state rules, no collecting relics, whatever is in the park, stays in the park. Please no trash or graffiti, and we clean up as well. And the rangers know this, and they've been on my tour for some reason, they're like, hey man, that's fine. They don't like the part where we talk about man's,

17:19and that's the only part that they kind of shun on. Like, I've talked to rangers, they said, you know, we really like your tour, but you get pretty deep when it comes to the spawn ranch man's stuff, and I said, well, that's why these people are here. That's what they want, if I'm just gonna see, and plus they wanna talk a little bit about movie magic. First of all, I'll tell you right now, one of the things I like about spawn ranch is not so much because man's and what's there, I'll tell you right now, why it herb and bat master sin have been there. Judy Garland's been there. People like that have been there, so that to me is more impressive to know that why it herb a real man has actually walked on at this property here with bat master sin, and this was towards the very tail end of their life. I say probably the last eight to 10 years of their life, they were actually at spawn ranch working with William S. Hart, a silent movie star at the time from like 19, I was at 19, 10 or 19, like 19, 10 or like 19, 20, 19, 25 right there, he was a silent movie star, and he wanted his movies to be so authentic, he would have only Western that he hired a wireter

18:21and bat master sin, and everything had to be authentic from the spurs to the saddles, to the horses, everything to the guns, and so those people actually walked on that ground, and I actually think about that more than, you know, the master family of stuff like that, and I'm like, hey man, why there's been here man, and he's one of my favorite men, so I actually really get a kick out of that, and there's a lot of people that do take my tours that do like that movie magic stuff. You have to remember across the street is the Iverson Ranch where they filmed the lone ranger, so you can see the lone ranger rock called Garden of the God. That's directly across the street. The whole area of Chapsworth is, it looks like he'll be the old West, and any movie that used any of those old Westerns that you're seeing on Nickelodeon at night, or whatever when you're flipping, you're in your channel serving, if you stop and give it five minutes, you'll see the hills of Chapsworth, and that's really what a lot of people like on my tours, and I don't go too much on the movie magic stuff, because my thing is more spawn ranch, and the members and what they were really doing here, and what was really going on here,

19:22but I do indulge a bit on some of that movie stuff there, of course. Well, why don't you give us an idea, because, well, you know what, we gotta take commercial break anyways, this is probably a good time to do it. 24:26Oh God, man, that's funny. Well, the morning one's a little shorter because I do it before I go to work. What I do is I actually get it earlier that I'm supposed to. Rather long, I can actually put in about 11 to 13 hour day. But what I've done now is because I worked so long and people wanted to show on it an earlier time, I've actually started having my girlfriend started doing the show. So she kind of goes on first to warm up. And then when I get on, I kind of take a shower from there. 25:26Get the hell out of here. No, yeah, no, yeah, they're about three or four hours long. I'm playing, what I'm doing, when there's really not much to talk about as far as the man's and stuff and Jason Freeman and all this kind of the court or whatever, I'm playing music and answering people's questions who are just new to the case. Sometimes I just have an open form where I'm like, if anybody has a question about the case or whatever, what I've been finding out lately is that people are very interested in this. But every time they tell their friends or their family, they think that they're weird. So there's nowhere for them to go. There's nowhere where they can feel comfortable to talk about like, hey, I have a question about Charles Manson, but every time I bring it up, my friends tell me to shut up or don't bring that up or my mom thinks I'm weird or my coworker, my coworker thinks I'm strange. So then they come to YouTube and they find this group of people which I provide a platform where everybody's kind of on the same level. And they're all here to learn and no one's really as weird as people think because they're not. They're really here to learn. And so I get a lot of new people and once they realize that I can answer their questions

26:27or other people can in the group as well, they're so comfortable, they're like, wow, man, this is amazing. You have everything that I'm crazy and I'm just curious. And I'm like, I get it. And I think what people have to understand is that the internet is providing so much stuff that it's throwing too much stuff at you. You can't keep up with everything that's going on that when you do find that real niche, it's on the internet. I mean, no matter what you're trying to find whatever you're fetish or whatever you want to call it, your niche, it's on the internet. And true crime right now is huge. And I'm not just talking about man, Jim Jones, Jeffrey Dahmer, Richard Ramirez, Ted Bundy, they're huge. And I mean, I know they're all horrible people, but you know what? There's really, really huge because of social media. And what's been done to Charles Manson for the last 49 years is now happening now because of the internet with everything else. Manson was first, because they didn't have the internet in 69. But you have to remember one thing. When Manson was released from Terminal Island in March 21 of 67, in the year 67 and 68,

27:31you have to remember he was just Charles Manson, the parolee. And I think this is what people have the biggest problem with today is disassociating him. We only know him. Our generation, I'm only 48. I was born in 1970, the murders were had already passed. But my generation only knows Manson being described as this cold leader, he's trying to take over the world and he hates black people and he hates those things. And that's just not true because in 67 and 68, he wasn't what we believe he was. Today he was just Charles Manson, the parolee. And then he didn't become the Manson that we knew until he was in jail, started doing those interviews, and they seemed crazy because Manson's like, look, if you're not going to take the stuff seriously, then there's no need for me. And he knew that. And so a lot of those interviews that you see are Jim just messing with them because there's no need, especially after all the repair I wanted that he did. When you ask the same question over and over and I answered it already and you don't want to take the interview seriously, then I don't need to be serious for myself. So I'll jump on the table or do whatever

28:32because if you're not going to take it seriously, then I don't need to as well. Did you ever meet Manson when he was alive? No, I've never met him, he was not my friend. He never answered back to any of my letters. He did. There is. Michael Chanels is a very good friend of mine who just friends with him like Charles Manson. I didn't send Manson so many letters. I was actually the first person to tell Charles Manson that Spawn Ranch had become a state park. And it is a state park open to the public that anyone can go to now. It's not owned by the church. There's no need to be afraid. The church was lying for a long time, trying to keep looking lures away. But now because of YouTube and people like me making videos, there's no way that's why I'm working with the park service. I'm actually working with the church. We've come to a truce now. When they see me in my groups, they know. Then they know why we're here and we're fine. You know, like I said, we're not doing anything out of the ordinary. It's just a regular tour with when you meet people. Everybody thinks like everybody's wearing a Manson shirt. We're going to go there and sacrifice a cat or something. It's ridiculous. It's just a regular tour that just happens to be at Spawn Ranch.

29:35But I am working with the park service and they know me. And Anthony Hoffman, Superintendent of your listening, he knows who I am. And like I said, they may not like the topic, but at least I'm running the tour, the way a tour is supposed to be run. It's legal, it's legit, it's free. But Manson knew who I was and he called up Michael channels one day. And there is a 45 minute discussion with Manson and Michael channels, which Michael will put back on his YouTube channel once the court hearing it done. Because of court, Michael's been forced to shut down all websites and any information about Manson and because of this court stuff, because the media was going to his websites and stealing a lot of this stuff. So once all the court stuff is done with him and Jason, all this stuff will be back up on YouTube. And there's a great conversation between Manson and Michael channels where Manson said, hey, man, this guy keeps sending me letters, meeting me saying that you're a good guy and that you give him tours of the ranch and the ranch is a state park. And it's actually kind of funny because Manson says to Michael,

30:37I've known you for like 20 years, man, and you've never been a nice guy. This guy's saying, you're a nice guy. And Michael is, Michael is a great guy and he's a really good friend of mine. And if it wasn't for him, I actually wouldn't be where I am today. Michael saw one of my videos and he wanted to meet me. And he's like, are you serious about what you're doing here? Because I know a lot about Manson, he's my friend. I said, yeah, I'm trying to find a way to keep out of prison and I told him the truth. I'm trying to keep away. I want to become a YouTuber, but I'm trying to keep away the state of prison, get off drugs and stuff like that. And I happened to live next to spawn ranch. I lived five minutes away from it. So Michael Chanels was actually rather kind of funny. In 2013, he said to me, he's like, all right, I see what you want to do here. But I'm going to tell you right now, you're going to probably do it for about a year or two. You're going to get burned out and we'll never see you again. And now it's been seven years later. And I've done Netflix. I was on a show called Dark Tourist Season One episode eight. That was great. I've been a book at least wheeled. Fox News reporter, at least wheeled.

31:37She sued Bill O'Reilly for $32 million. She just wrote a book called Hunting Charles Mamp. And I did four videos with her. They hired me as a location manager. It's funny. They hired me as a location manager. And then one, they said, okay, now we need you to be in the video. I said, what? You want me to be in the video with least wheel? I said, I'm just here just to make sure you're filming in the right spot. And they said, no, we need to have you in the video. So we make four different videos about four different locations for her book called Hunting Charles Mamp. Which I'll tell you right now is garbage. And it's probably one of the worst books ever written next to Vincent Bully Oseys. But I don't mind working on that project. Even if a project is bad and I don't believe in it, I'll still help out people with location stuff. Usually that's what I do. I do a lot of behind the scenes stuff, making sure they're filming in the right place. This is the right address. And then every now and then they do ask me to be in documentation. And I told them I said, honestly, I don't believe in your theory. You know, I'll be in your documentary. And of course, we get paid.

32:38But you just did some work with Scott Michaels, right? Who did the film six degrees of help? I think Scott Michaels looked Netflix called Dark Tourist. And that was actually Scott Michaels project. He didn't have to bring me in on that. But the producer of that show, Dark Tourist, they said, we heard that you give tours of Charles Mamp. And then he said, yes. He's like, but if you like my tour, I know a guy out in the valley who gives tours a spawn ranch. And they're like, what? And he's like, yeah, you might want to meet him. And then they met me. And after meeting me for about an hour, they said, shit, we need you on the show. And now here's the weird part. What was going to happen originally was, they were going to film one of my tours, okay? Now this is when Manson was still alive. So we had planned this out like eight months before Manson's death. And when we were going to film, it happened to be the week of Manson's death when we were filming. So everything kind of changed. Manson passes away. We started filming.

33:40And I gave, I actually had a candlelight visual at spawn ranch for Charles Manson. He passed away on November 19th of 2017. I had a candlelight visual form at spawn ranch on November 24th. And we were filming that day for Netflix. They were working with Scott Michaels that day. When they found out I was giving a candlelight visual there, they came down with the cameras. I had about a hundred people show up. I was there from 12 noon to 830. We had about a hundred people show up. But the church was there, the police were there, and the rangers were there. Nobody bothered us. Even the local police were like, you know what, look, we know they're having a candlelight visual for Charles Manson. But just let them be, let them do their thing. And it'll be over soon. And they'll, you know, they didn't want to interact. Some of the church members wanted them to have a shut up. Like they were trying to shut us down. And the police were like, no, everything's fine. They're not doing anything wrong down there. Just because it's for Manson, that doesn't make it illegal.

34:41We just can't go arrest them. Oh, you're doing it. It's illegal to have a candlelight visual for Charles Manson. There's nothing wrong about it. We're using real candles, you know. Let me ask you this. While I was doing that, while I was doing that, that's what you'll see on the Netflix. And that's all they cared about. Once I did that, they didn't care about my tour anymore. Well, because you said we were talking about the year when you said that Scott Michaels in his film, six degrees of Haltor's Skelker. I've had him on the show on the audience. It's a very familiar with that documentary. You said he got some stuff wrong about Spon range. What can you correct on that? Well, Scott Michaels and I, when we first met Scott Michaels, we did not get along. He actually called me, I believe he called me a joke. And this is by 2012, when I first came on the scene here. And then later, I believe it was in 2015, he saw me in the bar at Elk, we was El Coyote with tonight, you know, the last supper. It was one of the anniversary nights. There were everybody goes to dinner there at the El Coyote. And he saw me at the bar there and he came up to me

35:41and said, hey, Stoner, can we talk? And I said, I thought you didn't like me, man. You said the things about me that I don't really appreciate. He's like, yeah, I'm sorry about that, but I really could talk to you and I said, all right. I bought me a drink, we sat down, we talked. And he said, look, I made the six degrees of Haltor's Skelker. I said, yeah, I'd watched it. And let me just tell you, it is very, very good. Just to spawn ranch part of it is the only thing that needs to be changed. But let me tell you, because the best, honestly, the best part of that entire documentary is when he's talking to the corner. And the corner explains to you every single in detail, every single wound of every victim. And when you listen to it, it goes along to the story of other theories, like Nicholas Shrek's theory, that book right there, which is a great book, called The Man's and File Myth and Reality of an Alashaman. If you read that book and then listen to what the corner says during Scott Michael's video there, with those wounds, it starts to make sense on another theory.

36:43So that really, to me, is the best part of it. Just he got the spawn ranch part as far as what they were doing at the ranch, what were the real activities, everybody thinks like, oh, the man's and family, all they were doing was sitting around and planning diabolical plans to take over the world, which wasn't true. They were working hard. They were maintaining the horses. They were taking care of George Spawn. Spawn ranch at that time before the murders. They were making $1,000 a week. And $1,000 a weekend. And you know that was a lot of money in 1969. That was good money. And after the murder, they were making $1,000 a week there. But after the murders, that place couldn't even make $50 a week. Also, there's one thing I want to also make very, very clear. I actually am in contact with Lynette Frommie. Frommie, she just wrote a book called Reflection. It is a great book. It's the best book about Charles Manson's character because she talks about him from 1967 to 1968 and that's it.

37:49Her book, you can tell by reading it, it's not professional. The way a regular book is laid out, there's no photos in it. It reads exactly like a little girl's diary. That's exactly the way it reads. You know, dear diary, today me and Charlie and Mary and Sadie, you went up to the Redwood and ran around naked and talked, you know, stuff like that. But it's a great book to show you Charlie's true character in 1967 and 1968 because all everybody wants to talk about is, well, the summer of 1969 and then what happened in August. And they don't realize Manson was a different person in 1967 and 1968 because of the media, all they've been doing for 49 years is been telling that he's a monster, he's a monster, he's a co-leader, which is not true. Calling him as a co-leader is an insult honestly to Jim Jones, a real co-leader. That's a different story for another day. Hey, real quick, before we go too far, do you think you can get me an interview with Fromm? No, she will not. No. I'll tell you right now, she won't do an interview. I've talked to them before, they don't like,

38:50Sandra Greene won't do an interview but Fromm, we won't do an interview. That was the reason why she put the book out herself is that she didn't want a co-writer or a ghost writer trying to influence them. You have to put some of this morbid stuff that her book is not like that at all. It's, she did it herself with friends who made donations and stuff like that. That's why the book to me is really good but they will not talk to the media. But I'll tell you this though, and the 50th anniversary is next year. The 50th anniversary of the Manson Family Mergers is coming up. You are gonna see more Charles Manson on your TV than you've ever seen in your life. Hollywood now, this is the last and final run of Charles Manson. They've given him 50 years. That's, they've given Charles Manson 50 years. Tell me one other criminal they've given that much attention to or they make documentaries, movies, everything books, over 200 books have written on the subject. Name me one other criminal in history that the media that Hollywood has given this much attention. 50 years, even the new Quentin Tarantino movie,

39:51which we should talk about. Now it's not a Charles Manson movie, but it is Charles Manson's base, okay? Sharon Tate is in it, of course it's about, it's not about the murder of Sharon Tate, but it's about Leonardo Caprio's character really, but he just happens to live next door to Sharon Tate when she's murdered by the Manson Family. But Quentin Tarantino swears that this is not a Manson movie. Which is really weird, actually you really isn't. But I actually think that movie will be good, the first hour of it, and then the second hour it's gonna be all bullshit, you know, all that Manson stuff. So Hollywood's milking this to the end. This, I think after the 50th anniversary, it will definitely die down, and Manson Family stock will go down. Right now their stock is very high. And I know for a fact you're gonna hear from other members of the Manson Family for the 50th anniversary, because they can pretty much ask whatever price they want for an interview. If they go to their local media outlet and say I want $50,000 for this, and I'll tell you what's going on, if Linda Cassabian, who's living up in Washington right now,

40:53if she wants to, again, she's there. Remember, there's only three people left alive that were at C.L.O. Drive. Next, Watson, Tricia Crenwinkel, and Linda Cassabian. And Linda is the only one that's free. So if she wanted to, she could go to ABC News and say I'd like $100,000, and I'll tell you what happened at C.L.O. And then I'm sure they would pay it. Oh yeah, they'd pay that in a minute. Yeah, their stock right now is extremely high. And you will see some of them come out of the closet that you haven't seen in a long time. Next year, trust me. They're gonna, none of them are wealthy. None of them will have, you know, some of them are doing very well, but not all of them. They need money just like everybody else. And I'm sure the 50th anniversary are gonna draw a lot of them out, because even Diane late came out. I mean, look at the book that she just wrote. You know, she knows now that she's doing a, as a matter of fact, she's doing a crime con, I think, next year. She did that this year, crime con. And I think she's doing crime con again next year. You can actually go meet Diane Lake, if you like, and have her sign her book, which I actually wouldn't mind doing.

41:55And she knows, she's taking advantage of it. She really is. And she went on Dr. Phil and on all these stuff, she's really taking advantage of it. She's, you know, she probably make a million dollars off it. Okay, Stone, we have to take another commercial break. 47:05that nobody has the right answer to the case. So I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I have the answer to because nobody does. The closest person I think that does would be Nicholas Shrecht, who wrote a book called The Manson File Myth and Reality of Mount Laugh Shaman. That book to me is what I honestly believe because on my shows, what I tell people is question everything. Question everything in life. Question your husband, your wife, the dog, the cat, or your neighbor. Quiet, don't just take my word for what you think because I have a show here and I'm the Manson guy, what I know everything. That is not necessarily true. This case is one of the most complex cases of all time to try to figure out. I want that in there. All right, I want that. You still there? Yeah, I'm here. Yeah. This case is one of the hardest cases to figure out most complex. And I think that's why a lot of people are intrigued by it. Now, what I will tell you is that I don't have

48:09a definite answer of what happened. What I'm going to tell is what the main thing that people get wrong is they're focusing too much on Charles Manson and the girls, meaning Patricia Crenway, Goll, Leslie Van Halen, and Susan Atkins. Everybody looks at Charlie and the girls and Charlie and the girls. And that's the problem is it's like a magician doing a magic trick. Is that he's doing something with his hands and not realizing you're looking at his left hand when really the right hand is where all the stuff's going on. It's the same concept here. Is that you're looking at Charles Manson and the girls and not realizing you should be focusing on and I'll tell you who you should be focusing on is Tex Watson, Vortek Verkowski, and JC Brink. Once you study more about them, especially Vortek Verkowski, Vortek Verkowski was basically a playboy who was using Abigail folders. He was like, dude, he didn't have a job. She had all that money. She was the ares to the coffee. Then he was using her for Christ. They just hanging out with her. Now she was in the, you know, she was,

49:10I will admit Abigail was, you know, in the party. And it's a known fact that when they both were in their autopsy report, they did have MDA in their system, which was an ecstasy at the time. They did like the party and she did like Vortek, you know. But Vortek was basically just using her and you don't realize his background. So I keep telling people, stop focusing on Charlie and the girls. Forget them for a little bit. Read more about Vortek. Read more about JC Brink. And read more about Charles Tex Watson. Because you have to remember that Tex Watson's first name is Charles. So there's two Charles on the ranch. There's Charles Watson, Tex. And then there's Charles Manson. So a lot of the, a lot of these things that you read when it says Charles said this or Charles said that. They're not using the last name and it actually means Charles Watson. So Tex Watson really was, you have to remember Tex Watson wasn't in jail. Tex Watson already established himself

50:10as a drug dealer working at a wig shop with somebody who was connected to the mob. He was already Hollywood before Manson, before he even met Charles Manson. So Manson didn't introduce him to Hollywood. Watson introduced him to Hollywood. Because remember, Charles Watson was doing his own thing. And I think that's what people forget with this case is that they're so focused on Charlie and the girls. That's the distraction. When really, please read about Charles Watson, Charles Tex Watson, Vortek for Kowski, JC Brink. Hollywood at the time, a good example would be that movie, well, there was a movie called, P.V. Herman played that. Remember, he was the salon guy. That basically is the JC Brink type thing. The cocaine was going for the celebrities. You have to remember in the 60s, cocaine was cool. And I think that's what people forget. People think like, oh, we hear the word cocaine. It's horrifying. Yeah, but back then it was actually pretty cool. And people were doing it and there was money to be made off of it.

51:12And so I can't definitely tell you what happened because I don't know. But all I can tell you right now is that the Vincent Buleo C book, The Elder Scalter, is, if you think, first of all, let me just tell you right now. So you're saying that America where people think like, if you actually believe that the Beatles wrote, made an album called The White Album. Now on that White Album, they wrote a song called, Elder Scalter, which is about a slide at a carnival in the UK. That's what they call it, the slide there. They call it a Elder Scalter. So you're saying that The Beatles made a White Album and on that White Album with Elder Scalter. And then which came out in November 22nd, 1968. And then a couple months later, in early of 1969, Vincent hears this, and he hears Elder Scalter, he says, oh my God, the blacks are gonna rise up and they're gonna take over the world. So we need to go to the desert, hiding the hole while all the blacks kill the white people. But the blacks are too stupid to run the world, even though we had Obama as the president. So he thinks the black people are gonna be too stupid

52:14to run the world, but he'll just come out of this hole and say, okay, thank you, Blacky. We'll just take it from here. Now, if you guys actually believe that theory, that's the Vincent Boliozi theory. If you guys actually believe that, I've got some beachfront property in Colorado. I'd love to sell you. Well, let me ask you a question now, because, and this is even pointed out in the Scott Michaels film. On a door, at one of these mansion properties, they had one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, all good children go to heaven. And that was written before the album came out. No? I don't, no, I would not say that. See, depends when, no, I would say no. Do we have the album came out in November 22nd, 68. That's when the white album came out. Now, I don't think man's an inch. I don't even think man's an even heard the album when it first came out. It wasn't like today where we can easily access that stuff. I doubt they went down to their local record store and said, let's go get the beetle, play it now.

53:15Why could I tell you this? Because I was alive at that time. And when that white album came out, everyone did run to the store and get it. I can remember the older brothers and older sisters in our neighborhood. No, no, no. As far as regular people, sure. No, no, no, no, yeah, yeah. But I don't think like it wasn't, it wasn't like Manson and the family were like, they knew they're on the ranch or wherever, or maybe Dennis Wilson's house at the time when they were living, as if it could be, you know, whatever. The new house, he was at the ranch. They didn't even celebrate birthdays. They let alone go and get, you know, the album. I'm pretty sure the Manson didn't even hear the white album until probably early of 69, maybe about a month or two after it came out. I doubt he heard of that, that year. It was already, it was November 20th, and he only had a couple more weeks left of that year of 68, 69 was right around the corner, just like now. So to me, it wasn't one of those things. It's kind of like they took a lot of pictures, but they never got the film developed, because at the time it was, you know, pretty expensive and different back then to get film developed. They had to mail it out sometimes, yeah. Exactly. So to me, it's just, with the whole case of Manson, it's just, all I'm asking people is just to

54:19look at the case differently and look at other books, look at Nicholas Shrek's book, The Manson File, called Myth and Reality of an Outlaw Shaman. That's a great book. Neil Saunders has a great book called, Now It's the Only Thing is Real. And George Simpson has a good book called Good Buy, Helter, Scalzer. Those are three books I could recommend. Plus, Lynette Frommey's new book, Reflection. Those are four books right there that can give you a complete, different aspect of what people are believing for the last 49 years. But the media has done a great job of brainwashing people into totally believing that Manson was a collier and he's trying to take over. And because Terry Melcher said that he sucked musically, that that's why he wanted to do all this stuff, which wasn't true at all. This has a lot to do with Charles Tex Watson, Bortek Verkowski ripping him off for some MDA, that he supposedly was going to buy off him. This is three nights before the murder has even happened on August 5th, 1969. Linda Kasabian and Charles Tex Watson go up to Ciello Drive

55:22to go buy $2,000 worth of MDA and Bortek Verkowski rips him off. And then three days later, Tex Watson goes back up to that house for a little payback. The one thing I want you to think about, especially with Scott Michael's film, look how much damage Bortek Verkowski suffers compared to all the other victims. See, everybody's looking at Sharon and the baby, Sharon and the baby. I know that that is really sad, but look at how much damage Bortek suffers. 56 stab wounds, 13 last generations, two gunshot wounds, plus his face was smashed in with either in someone's face or foot. That was a revenge killing on where's my money? Where's my money? Where's my drugs? You rip me off, you son of a bitch. Look at the coroner's reports in Scott Michael's film, Six Degrees of Health, Scelser. It's the best part of that documentary. When you look and see how much damage Bortek suffers compared to everybody else.

56:24And if all other victims think we have nine victims in a baby, okay? That's what we're talking about. We're talking about nine adults in a baby here. And if everyone that was murdered, Bortek suffers the most because that to me sounds like somebody who, and Tex Watson was on speed at the time, we know that for a fact. And he's coming back to get some revenge because he got ripped off three nights prior for $2,000. And that's a lot of money back then. Okay, one more thing, too, is we've got to look back at Tex's life. He was in the, he was like a military guy. He had a military background, right? That's lots of, no, I don't believe he had a military. He was the high school football guy. He was, honestly, he was very good looking six foot two. He was in shape, high school football. He, it's kind of weird how he came from actually a decent background. And he wasn't until he left Texas that he once he got to Hollywood, something happened, man, who were, I don't know if he got desperate for work or whatever, but once he opened up that wig shop

57:24and I can't think of the guys that he was working with, but that guy had tied to the mom. Once they started selling drugs, I think Tex Watson realized how easy it was to make money by just selling drugs. And at the time in Hollywood, like I said before, cocaine was cool. It's not like it is today. At the time he was going, it was only affordable through the rich. And you know, he met people and he, like I said, he, he knew Hollywood before Manson knew Hollywood. He basically introduced Manson to Hollywood. Like if it wasn't for Tex Watson, Manson would have never met Dennis Wilson. And he's also, you know, and the stories that people ask me this, did Jim Morrison of the doors ever know Charles Manson? Yes, he did. Jim Morrison is a fact. We know this for a fact because we've talked to Robbie Krieger of the doors in South, and he has verified this story. Yes, Jim Morrison would drive down a spawn ranch, pick up Charles Manson, drive him back to the Laurel Canyon House. They would sit there and he'd watch them practice. They'd smoke a little grass. And then, you know, Jim would drive him back

58:24and it was no big deal. Neil Young has been to spawn ranch. Members of Ken Heath have been to spawn ranch. After the Manson family murders, all those musicians were told, hey, do you know that guy? You know that guy? You don't know that guy. Your career is done. And there's only one musician who said, I don't care. I think he's an alright guy. And I'm not, I'm not, oh well, I'm not, I'm sorry. I'm not kidding you. If that's Neil Young. To this day, Neil Young will stand by Charles Manson, not as being a good guy, but as far as being a lyricist, he's very good at musician-wise, he was very good. And the last interview that Neil gave was on Howard Stern, I believe, in 2015, where Howard Stern was actually asking him about that. And Neil says, look, I know what you guys think about Manson, but as far as a musician, he was very, very good at the lyrics. He wasn't that great of a guitar player, but as far as the lyrics go, he was very good at the lyrics and I think he had talent. Unfortunately, he's infamous now for these murders

59:26and people thinking he's a collier, which simply isn't true. To me, he does have a lot of issues, whether like bipolar or something like that. Sure, I can definitely see that. I mean, do you think about today's children, most of the kids that are probably listening, most of the parents that are listening this show right now probably have some kind of kid on medication, where Manson never had that. And I'm sure Manson as a child was diagnosed with something. I could easily see him being hyperactive by polar. All this stuff, medication probably would have helped, but he didn't have a mother. He just had a woman who had sex and had a baby. His mother sold him for two pictures of beer to a waitress. She didn't care. He wasn't raised with any kind of love. He was raised by the system. And this is what happened. So it was a form of the system and the media. And all we know of him today is his collier, which is simply to me, not true at all. So you mentioned Neil Young and Jim Morrison. What about John Phillips and Mama Cass?

1:00:28Yes, they knew him too. Manson knew a lot of things. He knew well, he did. Manson, actually, there's a, there's a, well, okay. This is a rumor that he actually had met L that and also Paul McCartney now. I don't know if you remember. There's a guy who was named, oh man, he was a DJ for K-Rock. And I'm trying to think Rodney on the rock. That's what his name was, Rodney being hyper. All right. I interviewed, okay, Rodney Binghamer. Supposedly has a photo of Charles Manson with Paul McCartney and Brian Wilson at Brian Wilson's studio at the house. Supposedly, he has this photo. Now the way that I know this is because of Chris Carter who does a radio show on K-Lolette. Breakfast with the Beatles. I interviewed him once at a blood drive, which is hilarious. And asked him about it and he said the story was true. Yes, that Rodney would brag about this photo. He did bring it into the K-Lolette studio, or the K-Rock studio once in like 1980 or 1981. And since then, it's never been seen before. Now somebody Rodney on the rock actually goes

1:01:29to a place called Camter's in the Fairfax District of Los Angeles a lot. And somebody confronted him there and asked him about the photo. And he said that the photo doesn't exist. But Chris Carter and other DJs that know him very, very well saying that he's just saying that that it really does. So whether or not it does or it does it, I think it's just a fascinating story. Whether or not and why Chris and that would lie, I don't know, you know. What about the rumors you hear about porn films? Pornos being shot there and that a night before, a couple of nights before the murders, there was a guy who was being tortured there. Sadomasticus is kind of torturing going on at these houses. I don't know about that kind of stuff. I heard about that porn house. I think it was a Malibu or there was some kind of house where they made some kind of manhood down in court. Just that's like that, man. To me, Ed is not really what I'm into. The case to me, it's so, I'm not really into the, I'm more into the spawn ran stuff and other things prior to that. Because the case to me is, it's impossible to figure out

1:02:29the only people that know that actually what happened was Charles Mance and he passed away. I honestly believe that text Watson knows what really happened. But here's the thing, you have to remember that text Watson and Patricia Crenwin go are trying to parole. So they're not going to switch the story. They have to stick to that Helter's Shelter Theory. So they don't even count. The one person that I would, if I could ask any member, I'll tell you right now, if I could ask any member of the Mance of Family, any question it would be Linda Cassamian. She's free. She lives in Washington and she's free. I would ask her right now. The only question I would ask her, is it true that you guys really did get ripped off on August 5th, 1969, three nights prior? And if she says yes, well, my God, no wonder vortex suffered so much. And that's what a lot of people say actually did happen, is that they got ripped off for some drugs. And that's why, you know, and then here's the thing with Charlie saying the witchy thing. Someone's like, well, Charlie said, leave something witchy, yeah. Text Watson told Charles what was going on. And Charles can't stop anybody.

1:03:31He has small man's complex. And text Watson, six foot two, two, 20, on meth and fetamine. There's no way you can stop it. So Charlie's like, OK, man, you're going to go do what you're going to do and you're going back up to that house. And OK, man, you know, if you're going to do something, do well and leave something witchy. And it was said just like that. Not like, you know, you're going to do something, do well and leave something witchy. It wasn't like a command or a demand. It was more like, look, man, I can't stop you. You got ripped off for two grand, and I know you're obsessed. You're going to go do some stuff. And I have a feeling it's not going to be good, but you're going to do something, you know, do well and leave something witchy. So you don't think there's any connections between the man's and family and Satanism? No, I've done it off now. Man's in light black people. There was no nothing for Satanism now. All that stuff about him being Jesus, barely any of that Jesus stuff to me was even real. They pretended. They took a lot of LSD, and we're just doing a lot. Remember, these were kids in the 15, 16, 17-year-old kid

But that's the stuff that he's reading. He had a memory of all that stuff that he's reading. It's just stuff that he's reading while being in prison in Terminal Island. He's reading a lot of stuff. He's playing music. Of course, what you have to remember, Ed, you're old enough to probably remember this. What was the model in 1967? The model in 1967 was don't trust anybody over 30. How old was Charles Manson when he got out of prison on March 21st, 1967? He was 32 years old. He wasn't a part of the 60s. He's not a hippie. He's a beatnik. He comes from the, you know, from the, the fakes of Nazareth

1:07:38and the, and the, and the buddy Holly and the big bopper. He's not sitting there with Jimmy Hendrix and Janice Joplin. He's 32 years old in 67. That's old. I could see him going to the Monterey Pop Festival and people looking at him like, why are you killing our buzz old man, you know, around a bunch of 19, 20, 21 year olds taking some LSD, you're running around Monterey Pop. So, yeah, he was having sex with 15, 16, 17 year old girls, which nowadays, you know, you can get killed for that. But back then, people didn't seem to say anything. I don't know why. 1:13:44and people would come walking over to me and go, what are you doing? And I'd say, hey, you know who's over there? And they're like, I'm like, Manson's over there. And they're like, so what? But I'm like, I'm just sitting here just trying to see, you know, and this is the closest I'll ever get to him. So yeah, I actually did. But that was my first term in the early like late 90s, early 2000s, five years of corporate. And then I was free for a while. And then I did the 25 month here in Jamestown. And then after that now I've been free. This is actually the longest stress I've been free to now about seven years. And hopefully I never ever go back, which I won't. I can guarantee you that right now. Yeah, that's... I'm pretty for that, man. The last lesson in the... I'll tell you right now. And I want you listeners to understand one thing. It's all because of spawn ranch in Charles Manson. I actually have the permission from the spawn family to do what I do. And I have permission from massive family members to do what I do here. The most recent ones who just passed away I mean, besides Charles Manson passing away, you had Barbara. We had Charles Manson passed away. Barbara Hoyt has passed away. And also Catherine Gillis, her name is Kathy. She just passed away as well. Those are the most recent. And I don't think a lot of people know that Barbara Hoyt and Catherine Gillis just passed away. And then you've also had Susan Atkins has already passed away. And that's really about it. A lot of... They're in there. It's funny. They're the senior citizen Manson's family now. So this is so funny. People think like if they released Leslie Van Halen from prison,

1:15:45that the Manson family is going to come back. Let me just tell you right now, they're all senior citizens. If they came to attack you, they would be in wheelchairs and walkers. Like, we're coming to get you and, you know, with our walkers. You know, the youngest member right now, the Manson family is 64. And the oldest member right now is 78. And that's where they are right now. And they're just... Like I said, they're not rich. They're just leading their lives. Here's a great example. Steve Grogan, who helped kill Shorty Shea at Spawn Ranch. He's been... He was paroled. Only two Manson family members have ever been paroled. One is Steve Grogan. The other is Lynette Frommey. And since they both been paroled, no one's died. No one's been attacked. Everything's fine. As a matter of fact, I think Steve Grogan of the Manson family should write a book about his time from being free right now, from 1986 until now. He should write a book, because he's a great example of how you can release a murderer back into society and they're fine.

1:16:45He has a great job. He performs as a musician. You can see him every Thursday night in this particular band up here in Northern California. I've seen him many, many times. As a matter of fact, he knows who I am for real. When you talked... Really, really done. When you talked to Lynette Frommey, did she ever mention the dance in it with Jerry Ford? No. The only thing she... No, no. She never mentioned that. We don't... I don't talk to her like that. I just... I've never talked to her by phone. It's only by mail. I just recently wrote her letter. I read her book and then I was telling her how I felt about the book. She mailed me... She did mail me... She found out what I was doing through Sandra Good. And she appreciated what I was doing so much. She mailed me her jacket that she used in 1987 when she escaped the West Virginia Federal Prison of this jacket that she was wearing. It should be in a museum. She actually mailed that to me with a letter of authenticity and the whole story. And it was really quite nice. I have it on display in a little museum that I have here at my home.

1:17:45I just talked to her by mail. And I just recently wrote her a letter. I just actually got a letter from Tanks Lawton to tell you the truth. Two weeks ago. And Sandra, dude, I know her. And I know her partner, George Stimson, who wrote the book, A Goodbye Helter Scalzer. And you can go to his website, www.HolterScalzer.com, and pick up a copy of that book. Even though all the original family members are all old, like you said, and wheelchairs and stuff, and not much of a danger. But they do have younger followers that are kind of running around and doing stuff. I know there was a lot of controversy recently with the ashes and with photographs that the funeral and stuff like that. Oh, yeah. Yeah, so... Do you want to talk about that? Oh, sure. Go ahead. What can you tell us? Oh, I could tell you everything about that. First of all, when Charles Manson passed away last year on November 7th, November 19th, 2017, a lot of us were thinking,

1:18:46now I'm friends with everyone that's involved in this case. I know the grandson Jason Freeman at the time we were friends. Before Manson passed away, all of us were friends. Jason Freeman, Matt Roberts, Michael Chanels. Well, me and Michael Chanels are still friends. But we all knew each other, too. And once Manson passed away and Jason was awarded the body, we all just thought, like, okay, man, Jason, I'll just do the right thing, and everything will be cool. And he told us all these things were going to happen. Everything he said didn't happen. And that was the problem here. And a really good thing that I... The one thing I can recommend to listen to is an interview with Nicholas Shrek and Derek Hayes, who goes by Black Wolf, who was a very, very good friend of Charles Manson. He's the last to see Manson alive, as a matter of fact. And Derek Hayes describes the time where he met him. And he was trying to help Jason at the time to really organize his funeral to have it done in a certain manner. And Jason promised him it would be this way,

1:19:46and there would be no filming and all this stuff. And a little, Derek Hayes knows that Jason was lying the entire time, right to his face. Jason shook his hand, looked at him in the eye, and said, this won't be done, this won't be done. And everything he said happened and he completely lied. And what happened was, is that Jason prior to Manson's death, even prior to Manson's death, he had already signed a contract with Zach Baggins, who's that ghost adventurous guy who has a museum in Las Vegas. They signed a contract to do a documentary called Manson's Bloodline, which they were working on, about like a year and a half prior to Manson's death. And it's supposed to be some kind of like documentary about Jason's journey to meet his grandpa. Now, he never did. He went to the jail, but Manson always denied. And Manson was never really a big fan of Jason's. And you have to remember, Jason's dad was Charles Manson Jr. Now, the one thing I want to tell everybody right now, this is going to be very controversial in my eyes. It's not. There is proof about it. And if Jason ever wants to come out and let us know,

1:20:47he can, which he never has, which to me is very suspicious, is that Jason doesn't have any Charles Manson blood in it. He is not. He is Charles Manson grandson, but only by adoption, not by blood. He's never taken a DNA test to prove that the only person on the planet right now that has Charles Manson's blood in him and DNA is his son, Michael Brewer. So people want to think Manson's bloodline is cut off. It's not. It actually exists with Michael Brewer. His son, who the mother is very Brewer. But Jason Freeman does not have any Charles Manson blood in him. He was adopted. But he is Charles Manson's grandson by adoption. So he won all the rights to, he won the body, excuse me, he won the body. And since then, he's doing everything he can to make money off of it, because he tried to become his, he tried to become friends with his grandpa. But once his grandpa cut him off and he didn't want anything to do with them, Jason said, well, okay, I'm just going to tell you what, and make as much money as possible.

1:21:47And Jason's only excuses, well, everyone else is doing it. So I'm going to do it myself, and I'm going to make money off my grandpa. Well, I tried to be friends with him, he doesn't want to be friends, so you know, well, then ask that, and I can't do anything about it. And plus his, you know, his family members, I'm sure his wife, don't want all this stuff in the house. So he sold everything off to Zach Baggins. Do you want to see anything, Charles Manson? Just go to Zach Baggins Museum in Nevada. And you can see all that stuff, because they already made a deal. And he has everything in there of Manson. Zach Baggins Museum, what is it called? Zach Baggins Haunted Museum in Las Vegas. Just go to it. I think that's what it's called, just Zach Baggins Haunted Museum. Never heard of it. I'm in Vegas right now, never heard of it. What do we know is going on with that? Well, the ashes is ridiculous because Jason Friedman, he invited three different individuals to the funeral who shouldn't have been there. And these three people, wow. Just caught a lot of controversy because they were, the only reason why they were there is because they had shown Jason a good time in Hollywood and had given him a bunch of free marijuana. And hang out. And they hung out with Jason was hanging out with Anthony Joseph Miller who turned out to be a serial rapist. And Oesbrio and Billy Graham.

1:23:50And these are individuals who should have never been at Manson's wedding who didn't know Charles Manson. We're friends with Charles Manson. Didn't do anything to help Manson. But yes, they were invited to go to this most historical and iconic funeral just because they happened to show Jason a good time in Hollywood. Apparently, the only thing he had to do to go to the web to go to the funeral was just show Jason a good time. And Anthony Joseph Miller who turned out to be who was getting arrested right now for being a serial rapist showed Jason a good time, took him to the sunset strip of the rainbow room. And went and saw puddle of mud at the whiskey a go-go. I mean, Jason didn't realize at the time he was hanging out with this individual who was a rapist, but then it wasn't until just recently that we found that that. But Jason, you know, that's what happened. And so in return, they invite Jason invites them to the funeral, which is just amazing. How these three individuals go to this funeral who have nothing to do with Charles Manson whatsoever. And because of that, some ashes were stolen or taken. Everybody had their chance to put their hand in the box.

1:24:51Jason let Jason let everybody in attendance there put their hand in the box and either throw the ashes or if you wanted to put them in your pocket. How are they going to know? You know what I mean? So apparently people, a lot of people got ashes, which is just outrageous. The security at the funeral was terrible. Jason did a terrible job of arranging the funeral. He let Robin Keats and the production company Zach Baggins production company run the entire event. They took an x-ray of the body. They had the body embalmed after five months of being in the fridge. It was an open casket. They took video pictures, everything. That picture that you saw on TMZ. That was taken by Robin Keats and his son. His son was on the video production crew of that. And it wasn't anybody else. It wasn't Tony Spriel. That was Robin Keats and his son and they sold that picture to TMZ, man. And Jason Freeman to this day will still blame Tony Spriel. One of the, one of the people that he invited, he says that he actually took that picture and that is simply not true.

1:25:53It was Robin Keats and his son and they were fired off the production of the documentary. And now, Buddy Day is taking over. Buddy Day now is taking over the rest of the production of Jason Freeman's new documentary, which comes down next summer called Manson's Bloodline, which is a ridiculous name to me because Jason doesn't have Manson's blood in him. So why would you call Manson's bloodline? Which is funny to me because if I call somebody out on somebody, if I call you out on something, wouldn't you want to stand up and protect yourself and say something? I've called out Jason Freeman many times saying, hey, you don't have Charles Manson's blood. And why don't you just take a DNA test? You had the body. You had all the DNA in the world. So you can never say you didn't have the DNA. You had the body. Why are you scared to take the test? And I think the only reason why he's scared, he thinks his credibility as the grandson will go down if people find out that he doesn't have the blood. And he's only excuse as well, the state of California recognizes me as the grandson. Why do I have to take the test?

1:26:54I'm like, come on, man, stop it, man. Hey, hey, we know you're adopted. What was that whole business with Manson was going to get married to that young girl? What ever happened with that? Oh, God, look, her name's Afton Burton. She's very nice. She's actually very nice, very sweet. Her name's Afton Burton. Manson is very charismatic, and he's a manipulator. He always likes young girls. What old man does really? She really wanted to marry him. But Manson doesn't fall for stuff like that. As kooky as Manson is, he never once fell for it. So I think Manson just kind of told her, and this is what he does with a lot of people. He kind of tells you what you want to hear. Yes, we'll get married. Yes, we'll get married. And then when it comes down to it, I'm not going to marry you. Like Manson said, look, we are married. We're married in our mind. We're married spiritually. We don't need to be married like the way you're thinking we're married. So they never did get married. They never did get married. They never got married. Never happened. She actually is doing very well now.

1:27:55And I think she's moved on, and she wants to have a kid and all that. And in life, which I don't blame for her, she's doing fine. She's actually doing very well. And how old was he at that time when he was supposed to marry her? Oh, God, he was a shit. I think he was probably in his late 70s. You see what I mean? The guys are already doing life in prison. He's 70 years old. Why subject yourself to the misery of marriage at that late stage of your life? Let me see this. No, I know exactly. The one thing that I do admire about a star after... I'm one thing I admire about Star Wars. At least Manson was getting visits from a young lady every weekend. And that's great. So at least he was getting visits. And that's all you really need and for it to trust me, I know this. When you get getting a visit, it means a lot. So he was getting plenty of visits from a nice young lady who gave him a lot of attention. And that's a good way to kind of end your final days. And to me, that was really all she really needed to do. Now, I hate you with that. And we should say right now that if you have any relatives or friends that are in prison, or even in jail doing a short time, you should go visit.

1:28:56Everybody should go visit. Take some time any week. It's a little bit of a hassle. But it does mean a lot to these guys inside. Sometimes it's the only hope that they have is to see an oral face. This is really important stuff. Especially around the holidays and stuff too. Right. Also letters are very important too, because when you get a letter somebody that means like, hey, they actually sat down and thought about you and wrote this down. And believe me, when you're in prison, which I have one, I remember every day in prison when they would call out mail. I was just hoping they would say, you know, Fox, you got mail, Fox, you have mail. When I did hear that, I was like, oh, thank God someone's actually thinking about me. So you're absolutely right for everybody that does have somebody in prison. If you can't visit them because you're too far away, please write them a letter. That means just as much as if you were to visit them. It's in the Bible. They talk about it in the Bible about visiting the prisoners and don't forget the prisoners. The people in prison. So we have to keep that in mind. Now, what is going on now? There's a lot of controversy. There's lawsuits with the estate. Where do we stand with all that right now?

1:29:56Right now, it comes down to two people. Jason Freeman, the grandson and Michael Chanell, who is a man's best friend. Now, the media has labeled Michael Chanell as the pen pal, which is just ridiculous. He is not his pen pal. I know for the fact that Michael Chanell is Charles Manson, very, very good friend. And he has taken care of Manson for many, many years. And they are not just pen pal. They are very, very good friends. And it's come down to the two of them. Now, when Manson passed away, I did not know this, but when Manson passed away, if you would, okay, if you would have asked me a year before Manson passed, what do you think is going to happen when Manson passed? I would have told you, old Jason Freeman is going to get the body and then he'll do what's right and no big deal. I didn't know that when Manson passed, there was going to be these wills. So Michael Chanell had a will. Matthew Roberts had a will. And both the wills were shut down. Or were denied by the judge saying there was just something was wrong, the signature. Somebody even got their eye or cross their teeth or something like that.

1:30:58But in Michael's case, his will was actually, it was denied as far as him getting the body. See, Jason won the body by default, really. The judge had three different people to pick from. He could pick from Jason, the nice good looking clean cut Christian boy. And then Paul, Michael Chanell, who looks a little kind of creepy with the long hair. And then the Matthew Roberts, who claims to be the son. And then this woman named Rebecca Evans. And she was claiming to be the daughter. I mean, that's how ridiculous they got. And the judge looked at all four of these people like, well, I'm not going to give it to her. I'm not going to give it to him. I'm not going to give it to him. Well, Jason looks like the nice, let's just give it to him. So Jason really won by default. And now it's OK. So Jason won the body. Now it's come down to the estate. And what the estate is is his last name. Someone's going to own the right to Manson's last name. Plus, Manson left a bunch of stuff in his cell.

1:31:58A lot of stuff. There's a list of stuff. And what Jason Freeman's attorney has done has taken that stuff, put it in the private storage, which they're paying for. And then whoever wins the estate is going to get this stuff. Now, what's in this storage bin is, you know, like some artwork and some stuff that Manson did inspire, scorpion, some packages, personal items, that if Jason were to win the estate, all Jason's going to do is just take those items and sell it to the back bag and get the money for it. And then you can see those items in a museum. I don't know what Mike's going to do if he wins. Everyone right now thinks Jason will win. I actually think Jason will win as well. He already won the body. I think he'll probably just win the estate. But Michael channels claims to have a good case. And he's going to take it to trial. Like literally take it to trial, bring witnesses in, the whole, the whole mine yard. So we're going to be going to Cornell for a while. On December 14th, Jason will be going to court with Michael. The judge will set up a, it's a preliminary hearing. So the judge will set up a time and a date to go to trial sometime next year.

1:33:01And who knows how long that's going to take. But you know, with the court system in Los Angeles, the one thing I can tell you is that nothing goes quickly. Everything is extremely slow. So that case is going to go on for a while. Now, once someone owns Manson's last name, they will and can put restrictions on other projects that people are doing. The one thing I want people to also understand is also the victim's family legally could sue whoever owns the right. Now, see, nobody owns the right. That's why you can make a shirt or a hat or a book or whatever. It doesn't really matter. But once somebody owns the right, then the victims, I'm sure, debertate whoever else will contact whoever wins. Say, hey, look, okay, if you make any money off Manson, just you better cut us a check. And that's fine. And I think that's fair to do. Because believe me, I'm sure debertate is, she's watching this. She's keeping an eye on who's going to win the estate. And I'm not talking. There's not a lot of money to be made.

1:34:02But like I said, you have the Quentin Tarantino movie coming out. With the 50th anniversary coming next year, there's going to be a lot of projects next year, a lot of documentaries, movies, ABC Fox, everything else, Quentin Tarantino Hollywood. There's going to be so much Manson stuff next year. You're probably going to get so sick and tired of it. But it's the 50th anniversary. And if you don't think that Hollywood's going to milk it, you're out of your mind because that's exactly what they're going to do. And they're going to make millions and millions of dollars. There's a lot of money to be made off the man. Which people just think is ridiculous. But really, trust me, they wouldn't be going through all this trouble if it wasn't. And that's what Jason's trying to do. Now, Jason has an idea. Like he thinks that he wins. He can shut everybody down who uses anything man, but that simply isn't true. I have no idea what Michael's intentions are. To me, if Michael wins, it's a huge slap in the face to Jason. And I think the drama would continue because I think Jason would appeal and all that kind of stuff. What I think is really going to happen, I think Jason's just going to win

1:35:04and take all the stuff and just sell it to Zach Baggins. No big deal. Believe me, he's already claiming now the stuff that he has from Manson is haunting his house. Jason donated some stuff he said to the museum because the stuff that he was keeping in his garage, he said one day he pulled into the driveway of his house. He had a landline, right? His phone rings. He's getting a phone call from inside the house. There's nobody inside the house, but he swears it's his grandpa. And this is in the middle of the day. And then he takes off and goes over to the long john Silvers and calls his wife and today, man, the house is haunted. Grandpa's trying to call me from the phone. So I'm like, what? So you're saying that this is during the daytime. You're getting a phone call from inside the house. There's nobody in the house. But you think it's your grandpa calling yourself on. I think to me, that's just a bunch of, you know, BF. What did he answer the phone? What? Did he answer the phone? Exactly. He wanted a relationship with his grandpa the entire time. His grandpa calls him from the grave and he won't even answer the phone.

1:36:06He didn't answer the phone. No, the story to me is false. I think what he was trying to do when he donated the stuff to the museum, he tried to put a little something on it. You know, you're a little bit more aware. So all this stuff is ridiculous. So December 14th is a preliminary hearing where the judge will set a date. They're going to go to trial. Like I said, if Michael channels win this, that's a huge slap in the face to Jason. And to me, it will be a damn near miracle. Like I said, I think Jason will just win, taking stuff, sell it to Zach Baggins, and then just cut a deal with, you know, the victim's family, and definitely give them a little money, which I think is fair. And that's about it. You know, that's what I knew. The group of the ATWA, that stands for animals, trees, water, air. And animals, right, the air, tree, waters, and animals. Okay, right now, how does that fit into all this? How do they fit into this? Well, outline is something that started a long time ago, and it was actually really good at one time when it was run by Lynette Frommie and Sandra Good.

1:37:10And then George Stinson took over with Sandra, and they ran it really, really well. And then once they sold it or gained it, whatever it is, to star in gray wool, they kind of ran it into the ground where people were kind of looking at it as not being the same as it used to be. Now, it looks to be a little bit better because of Derek Hayes. If you go to Derek Hayes' webpage, which is called ATWA, ATWA ATWAR. It's called Airtree's Animals at War. That's actually pretty good now. And what it is is, see, here's this thing. It's Manson always cared about the environment. When I say that Charles Manson was an environment and a mentalist, people tend to laugh because they've been so brainwashed into believing that he's such a bad guy that there's no way that Manson would ever be in the environment. They think like, oh, Manson didn't care about the tree. And he would kick a cat. He would eat me.

1:38:12And he doesn't care about the ocean or this event, which is simply not true. The problem is, is that everybody has these blinders on when it comes to Manson. And they don't want to hear, see, or anything about it. They don't want to know the truth really about this man. All they want to believe is just Vincent Bullioce and what he has to say. When really, this guy was really into wanting to save the air, the tree, the water, and the animals. Because that's all we have as far as this earth. Once we get rid of it, once we pollute our air and once we pollute the water and once we kill all the animals and cut down all the trees. Trust me, we're not going to have anything for our next year. So you're saying man's and was into like saving the air, the trees, the water. Are you out of your mind? He was a killer. And he wanted to kill everybody in Beverly Hills. And then he got all that kind of stuff. Which is simply not true. So the one thing about this case that's a problem is that every, it's a lot of reading. I mean, it's a lot of, you're reading the transcripts. You're reading the court reports. You're reading psychological evaluations. You're reading books. There's so much to read on this. It's a case that could go on forever and ever. And it takes many, many years to really figure out what's going on. But the best thing I can tell you to do is to go. Is to read Nicholas Shrek's book.

1:40:14His book really is what I follow and what a lot of us follow. If I can. It's called the Manson file. The myth and reality of an outlaw shaman. That book right there alone is really what a lot of us follow. And really what we believe in. It's more of a drug theory thing. It's not like this Helter Skelter thing. That's really nothing to do with the music industry or Terry Melcher or Brian Wilson. Because honestly, if we really want to, if you believe in that Helter Skelter stuff, then all we can do is, you know, who really has to blame is Paul McCartney. Paul McCartney should have never written that song, Helter Skelter. He would have never written that song, then maybe Sharon Tate would be alive. And if you believe that, that's stupid because that's a stupid theory. Because that's how stupid Helter Skelter is. That's stupid. If you think that McCartney never wrote that song, then Sharon Tate would be alive. That's stupid. She still would be because Abigail Folgers and Sharon Tate really at that time. If you remember this, Roman Plampe was away.

1:41:16Sharon Tate was actually staying at another house in Beverly Hills. Jay Sebring had mentioned something to her at dinner time. I came in and we're going to go up to your house and take care of a little business and meet the people. And she said, oh, my God, I'll just go up there with you. I don't want to stay down here. Now, remember, Sebring can't stop any of that stuff. So, you know, they all go back up to the house. And I think Sebring and Bortek kind of underestimate text watch in a little bit. And whether or not they knew that he was coming, I think they did. And then, you know, I actually think that Stephen Parent Abigail Folgers and Sharon Tate really weren't supposed to be. They were really in the wrong place at the wrong time. And Bortek and Jay Sebring actually knew what was really going on. But they didn't actually share that information with other people during the last supper prior to this event happening. And that's more what I believe. But I let people, you know, find out for yourself. Don't take my word for it. Please do the research. Please find out for your own.

1:42:16The best way to find out the truth is discovering it for yourself and reading and doing the research. But this case is fascinating. There's a lot to learn here. But what's going on right now with Jason Freeman and what he's done with the body. And it's all about money now and his shenanigans. And he's really, he's lied. He's looked at people right in the eyes like Derek Hayes and shut their hand and said, we won't show Manson's body. We won't show Manson in the coffin. We won't show any of this stuff. And that's what the documentary is going to be about, you know, when his documentary comes out. It's just going to be a morbid documentary watching Manson's body being processed. Because that's what society has come to in the internet shows. A lot of that morbid stuff. And people don't think that people are interested in that stuff. Well, you're out of your mind because they are. They really are. And I'm talking about a lot of good people, man. Not everybody is, you know, well, act out of the mud. There's for some, I don't know why people are interested. That's what they just are. And if they have something to do with the internet and with the internet providing so much to people,

1:43:17it's just like the media, the media throwing stuff at you. Remember back in the seventies when you believed the TV. Now everybody hates the TV. Now the TV is the enemy. The last time the TV was our friend was in the seventies. And after that, then the TV became the enemy. Now people don't trust the enemy. The TV, they don't trust the internet. You don't believe everything you see on the internet. But some people do. And the one thing, yeah, but the thing is when I'm trying to read, when I'm trying to tell people about math and they're so stuck on what they've been told that they don't even want to give it a chance to even look at another side. But really, there's a lot more going on here than the FBI. And just when you think it can't get any worse, it does. And believe me, I think we're going to see a lot of that coming next year with this estate, that would Jason Freeman and Michael channels. Why would you say Jason might do something good? He ends up doing something bad and making the situation worse. I'm going to tell you right now, Jason Freeman knows nothing about his grandpa. He knows nothing about Manson or who he is. Manson's music is something that a lot of people should listen to.

1:44:21He has a lot of really good music. A lot of your questions can be answered through the music. I know that sounds a little weird, but it's actually kind of true. And people don't think about that. They don't look at Manson as being a musician or anything or having any kind of talent. Trust me. Go on YouTube. It's all right there. There's all kinds of Manson music. It will blow your mind away how good his voice is, how not every song. But certain songs, he sounds like they old Ben Crosby kind of crooner from back in the 50s. And you'll be amazed. I do a little trick with a lot of my friends that come over. They play a music and don't say who they are, who it is. And they really like it. And then as soon as you tell people who it is, they hate it. I'm like, wait a minute. Before I told you who it was, you really enjoyed it. But once I said Charles Manson, they're like, oh no, no, no. Turn that crap off. And it's like, well. Okay, Stone, we only got a couple of minutes. I want to wrap up a few questions real quick. What do you say to the people who, this big theory is on the internet right now

1:45:23that the whole Charles Manson murders were a siop. It was like a false flag, crisis actor type of thing. What do you tell them? Well, I don't tell Magnet. I don't know. I don't really tell Magnet because they think it's a false flag and all that stuff. That's on them. I've heard every conspiracy theory to Charles Manson was a CIA plan. Just like Jerry Garcia was or the grateful dad. Just like everybody else was. I've heard everything from that to where he was an alien to where he, I mean, just, I've heard some of the most ridiculous stuff. I don't believe in any of that stuff. Because we don't add a time to real quick. What about the, you know, Charles Manson, he did, he was at Boys Town in Omaha, which is notorious for the abuse of the kids there. What do you think happened to him over there? He was abused. He was molested. He was raped. He did what, he did back to, he did the other children when it was done to end. It was, that's exactly what happened. He was abused and he was raped. Do you think he could have been a subject of MK-ultrotype experiments?

1:46:24I'm going to say no. Okay. All right. Let's see. What else? You know what? Let me see the time here. I guess. What do you want, oh, the last thing was, when is your next tour coming up? Well, I'm actually done for this year because we have the holidays coming. I'm so December, I'm not really doing that. I just did the last tour that I did was for Charles Manson's one-year anniversary of his death. And that worked out really, really well. I will be doing tours. Once I find out, first I want to find out when the trial starts. So after the 14th and they set a date next year, I'm actually going to do a tour right around that time. So I want to find out first after these days hearing when the trial starts. So my next tour won't be until I find out when the trial starts. Okay. 1:47:26would you have a problem with that? Not at all. Okay, great. Absolutely. Okay, great. What do you want to leave this with there? Well, I want to leave you with just the one thing is that everything that you've ever really heard about Jason Freeman. I just think, like, luck, man, is wrong. I am not, I don't hate Jason Freeman. I just very disappointed in him that he came up being such a good friend and told us certain things weren't going to happen. And yet, everything he told us was wrong. If he would have just told us the truth from the beginning, we still would have been upset, but at least we would have known the truth. And the one thing I want people to understand is that your bond is your word. And we really stick to that. And if you tell us that you're going to do something and you give us your word, you need to stick by it. With certain individuals, that really cuts deep. And it went once you break your word and once you break trust, once you lose respect and trust, it's extremely hard to get that back. And that's the way a lot of us feel about Jason and people who have done, you know, the ashes being sold and the blood paintings and stuff like that.

1:48:33You know, we just feel like... A lot of people have been lied to and been betrayed by him. And that's the only thing that's sad. I want people to understand that I don't hate Jason.
