And spontaneously, at the end of the show, we went over one extra hour. And in about 37 minutes into the second hour, he just starts talking about the Katie Johnson case. He had no idea in my involvement. And he's not talking about how the reason why she dropped the lawsuit is because Lisa Bloom had a press conference scheduled. And some hackers went in with a DDoS attack and he had hacked into Lisa Bloom's email server and shut down her live stream server and all that stuff. Now that when I heard this, I was like, oh my goodness, listen to this. This is big as a big deal because he knows the guy who did it. The guy's breaking about it. We got the screenshots.

4:16Guys got some very interesting connections. Okay. All right. That's pretty big news, guys. Ladies and gentlemen, oh, we're not at all about that. Oh, this is brand new, guys. Okay. All right. And I talked about it last week. The only problem is that so much of the information is polluted by these characters and these no-nuffings who want to insert themselves into these stories with their expertise that they get from, I don't know where they get from, reading comic books, I suppose. But anyway, anyway, that's up there in Patreon. And I'm gonna be doing some clips with him, some short clips that we're gonna get on on TikTok and stuff like that. This is information I think, because it's very, very important. And I don't, you know, listen. Not when he's characters, man, out there. Oh, breaking news, oh, really. You know, so anyway, I guess I'm gonna important stuff. I gotta get done by the end of the day. EOD, as they like to say. Then guess what tomorrow? My beautiful daughter Victoria comes, shows up to be with her dad for a whole week because I'm getting some, I got my birthday this week, by the way, first of all, so happy birthday to me.

7:19And anybody's a bit of a long time listening to the show. You know, I've always had some very, very remarkable events on my birthday. I can't even say some pretty dramatic life-changing events that occurred on my birthday over the years, many, many, many. And with this week, what do I have going on? It's just a little bit coincidence. I'm getting surgery the day before my birthday. So September 8th, I'm getting hernia surgery. My daughter's coming to town, you know, to keep an eye on me. Bring me my porridge. I'm gonna change my diaper, whatever you gotta do for it. So she's coming to town tomorrow at night to know we're gonna hang out and have a lot of fun this week. And then I got, you know, pretty up tests and stuff. I got to do like Monday, Tuesday. So it's gonna be a busy, busy week from the day after surgery. Then I got my birthday. And then I got to take Victoria back to the airport. So very, very busy week from here this week. Plus we're working on a lot, a lot of big projects behind the scenes. So may not be able to get into that Katie Johnson stuff and the way I like to. I'm working on doing all kinds of stuff

8:20with screenshots and video and a lot of new information that's not out there so far. Real information. Not this wacky stuff by these wacky people that just come up whatever they wanna come up with, you know? And just, oh, you're gonna have a connection. Oh, God, it's just so, I gotta tell you, man, I'm just so exhausted by all this, man. And like every day I just see some new crap in the media or in the news. Oh, and Twitter is only dead. And it's, oh, threads is the worst. Man, they are just hysteria over there. And people are just clueless, you know? So anyway, so that's Patreon. Tonight, live what I'm playing tonight is Richard Kerr, who grew up in the Conquerra home for boys in Northern Ireland during the troubles, you know? And people don't realize how small Northern Ireland is.

9:23Like even he was saying it's smaller than Austin, Texas, but it's way smaller than that. It's like smaller than Connecticut. It's really small. And so during this time of the war with England, the troubles, you know, people getting kidnapped, shot, bombed all over the joint. We would see here in America the big stories about the bombings, but every day they were shootings and kidnppings all day long, you know? And such a small town. So there was no way you could get through that without knowing people in your family, your friends, your neighbors, you know, who got caught up in all that. And so he was in the Conquerra school for home for boys. He corrected me. It's not the school for boys, it's the home for boys. It was like an orphanage that was just three blocks away from the parliament door of the head, you know, Muckney Muck there in town, where the head of the Cedar government was. And it was basically a brothel for homeless orphans to the elite and the powerful and the rich.

10:24And one of them was Roy Cohen, the New York attorney that was involved in organized crime and all that stuff. And when you listen to Richard, man, and by the way, to the Richard Kirk, he's been making these allegations for years. I had him on the show like 10 years ago. When I first broke him on the show, no one heard of this guy. No one knew this story. People thought I was crazy. People thought he was crazy because he, I mean, the early interviews with him, he is very troubled. He's a very emotional and he's interviewed the early ones. And he's a very humble, very good man, very good fellow there, okay? Been through a lot. But if you listen to this latest interview, he's able to talk more than he ever has before and he's just gotten his settlement, which is peanuts. He's got, he got ripped off. He could have got way more. I could have got him way more even than here from the United States. But you know, that's what happened.

11:25You know, he's got a settlement though. So he's gotten his day in court and he does not have the sign in NDA. And he's able to give us more details than ever before. And it's the best interview we've ever done with him because he's the comment and he's the most thoughtful and he's had a lot of experience now doing interviews. Not like when I first found him, he never done an interview before. So really important stuff from Richard Kerr. You gotta listen carefully to what he says. All right, and this involves Roy Cohen and who was Donald Trump's mentor, you know, when Rabbi over there in New York, you know, Rabbi means teacher, you know. New Yorkling go in the guy that mentions you and teaches you. Even if you're not Jewish, you call me Rabbi. But what do you call it? We've had other guests on the show who discussed Roy Cohen

12:27and how the police wanted to dig up his property in Connecticut because they thought that there were missing boys on that property, buried on that property. But they got called off because Roy Cohen's political connections and political links to people like Reagan and Roy Cohen got Donald Trump's sister, the federal judge ship appointed federal judge to Ronald Reagan. Roy Cohen was hung by the balls. Okay, this guy had put up political connections, organized crime connections, legal connections, it judges. And when you come up, you know, guys, I don't know when McCarthy, you know, when you come up through those ranks, you know, you help people get elected judge, help people get appointed prosecutor, you know, then you, then you, there are your friends for life. They're in your pocket for life. That's how this stuff works, especially in New York. I don't think people understand how these things work. You know, someone was talking about why side vans didn't prosecute. I was, you know, are you kidding me? Side vans was the most corrupt guy in the planet.

13:28You know, and, and, like this is common knowledge, you know, for people, you know, who've been around, you know, but at the now, we had all these people reading the files and, you know, and, but look at me. I'm an expert. Well, they have no real life experience and anything. And what they don't have, they just make up, you know, and it's just exhausting to see this stuff. But anyway, so here we have a guy who personally knew Roy Cohen, and, you know, there's his kid who's in an orphanage, a poor orphanage, and they got him a little suit and tie. He's going over a chair, fill over Europe and fancy restaurants, fancy hotels. You know, what's going on, you know, clearly this, this is the ring of truth to everything he says. It's not this out there whanky stuff that he's on the circuit with these whistleblower while, you know, lunatics out there, you know, it's all the shit press talking about this guy, including me, the guy that found him, you know,

14:30and he was like, oh, there. Just because I'm first again. Sorry. Yeah, but anyway, good old, Richard Kerr, and plus he's now his email me every day, not to, because everybody knows I love that. So what do you call it? Oh, check out tonight's show. It's going to be the first one, Richard Kerr, then after that will be this fellow who wrote a book about how his dad was the first, a casino owner that wasn't mixed up with organized crime and started taking casinos public as far as was an accountant in Vegas. And he's the one that started off this whole trend of having corporate casinos taken over by corporate and hedge funds and all that kind of stuff there. So there's a lot of people, you know, who will say, oh, the Vegas was better off when the mob ran in there. I like they know what they're talking about. I lived in Vegas, you know, I used to visit Vegas

15:31from the 80s, the early 80s, but I lived in Vegas in run 87, 88, 89, and then I lived in Vegas again in 2000. So I lived there when it was mob, and I lived there when it was, or visited when it was mob, I lived there when it was mob, and lived there when it was, when it was corporate. And there were a lot of same politicians, the same police chiefs and same corruption. It's a small town. It's a very, very corrupt town. But, you know, in its own way, you know, there are certain lawyers and certain judges, you can get out of things, you know, but you can buy way out of trouble in Vegas. You can pull out of strings in Vegas, still to this day. Now, in the 80, we talk about this kind of stuff too. Was it better in the 80s during the heavy mob times, the spilato times, all that kind of stuff? You know, was that better? I don't think so. There was a lot of cocaine. There was a lot of gangs, a lot of street gangs too, from California.

16:32Plugs and the Crips in Vegas. A lot of drugs, you know, and a lot of scams and hustles and stuff like that. Or there used to be open season for these telemarketing places. Yeah, there was used to, I think it was used to call those places, those phone banks, you know, they had a name for it. Where they would run these phone scams out of Vegas. They cracked down on that. And of course, the escort services and stuff. I did that show about the guys who won. They were able to hack in through the phone company. And forward the phone calls for the escort services to their own escort service. And then they got caught doing it. And they brought up this guy from Brooklyn with a cordless drill to torture him into a confession. And they know it's all rude. And then we talked about the clip joints, you know, where they used to have these totally nude strip clubs that they didn't serve alcohol. And the cab drivers would get 50 bucks to take you over there.

17:33And then once you got inside, they said, oh yeah, you know, come to the back room for, you know, 60 bucks. Oh, we go to the second back room there for another hundred bucks, yeah, and this is gonna happen, that's gonna happen. You can do it if you want. And once you get back there, nothing happens. You start complaining, you want your money back. They beat the crap out of you, throw you outside. And the same cab driver was waiting for you outside. I'm not taking the hospital. So people forget about the good old days of Vegas. Okay, it wasn't all that good old days. It was a lot of heavy, heavy handed stuff went on. I remember seeing a guy get arrested in a casino coffee shop because it was coffin. They brought a sheriff in there and dragged him out of there. You know, the cops were very, even in my day in Vegas, cops were very, very heavy handed. And got away with murder. And some people even believe that there were murders for hire with a lot of these cop killings in Vegas. But then, you know, the corporations came in,

18:34the hedge funds come in and started running the casinos. And the way that works is, you know, it's still crime, you know, but it's crime under a different name, under a capitalist legal crime. I'll give you a perfect example, the real sweets hotel, which is across the street from the palms. And when it first opened back in the 80s, this was a beautiful man who was cutting edge. The greatest seafood buffet you could want to add a trappies thing up in the sky, like I'm afraid it wasn't good. An act that took place in the sky there. And Folly's Briget, I think it was. And great sweets, every room was a suite. You know, I see had two rooms, you know, in like a living room and a bedroom is beautiful. And a really healthy room service menu with sprouts and avocado and was unheard of in Vegas. And everything before them was a little steak and lobster and greasy stuff.

19:34So it was really, really cool place, man. And the prettiest cocktail waitresses man, the hottest cocktail waitresses on the strip back in the 80s, early 90s. And then it came in, the corporate takeovers and the hedge funds came into Vegas with the parking, they got to pay for parking, they got to pay for all this stuff. And then what they do is how they do this stuff is, the hedge funds come in, they buy the property. It's just numbers them, it's an investment. So they'll have one corporation on the property, another corporation owns a casino, they're renting the property to themselves, they're raising the rent, they're raising the rent, the casino isn't doing any improvements, they're not doing any maintenance, any upgrades, nothing. They have another company now doing a laundry, they own, they own all these different companies, but they're building each other to drum up the numbers. And then until they run it to the ground, then they do a bankruptcy, and then they take those negative numbers and they use it to offset the profits of another operation with their milk and dry.

20:35It's like Tony Soprano, when they bust out the supporting goods, so it's the exact same thing. And that's probably where they learned it from these guys. And that's what they're doing in here, and in Bush Gardens down here in Florida, in Tampa, Florida, there's a amusement park that's been around 100 years, and his corporation and these hedge funds came in, bought the joint up, and now there's no maintenance, none of the rides work, 30% of the rides don't work when you get there. You're gonna refund the buttons, or I can not, I don't know where if I get out of here. They heard the old sheriff from Vegas come back, kick people out, if you caught, if he has fair refund. So anyway, so that's my guy, the second hour will be this guy who's dead, chased the mob out. I'll be talking about how I met Frank Kalada. I can't do Frank Kalada. And who, you know, is from Casino, and he's in the movie Casino, until he plays the hitman that does all the shootings, but the silencer, you know?

21:36But you know, I do him, Frank, he's turning, but this guy was a snitch. I didn't bring that up, but I talked to him, but what he called, he was a little mover and shaker here in Vegas, man, the next day my daughter had her banquet for the basketball team. And what he called, everyone I talked to, one guy was an FBI agent, another one was a, you know, everyone knew Frank Kalada, and the guy was running for sheriff, when I did the sheriff debate, and the government debate, you know, it's so funny. Anyway, let's move on. It's just hysterical. Let's see. Couple of things I want to talk to you about today. One thing is, and we were talking before about the hysteria, and these people who like to pretend they know what they're talking about, and it's all over threads now, especially about the 163 human trafficking, child trafficking, arrests in Florida, and nobody's talking about it. Nobody's talking about these.

22:37One of you, what happened here? And the three arrests that ran this whole big giant, 163 children trafficking operation, those couldn't be the ones actually running this big trafficking operation. Well, no, they can't because it wasn't a trafficking. By the way, the three guys aren't even charged ready trafficking charges whatsoever. There was a press conference, okay? And you could look it up, you could watch the press conference yourself. So to say that it's not covered, you can watch the video of the press conference, Operation Statewide Shield, where the Svelon, you failed. You failed there, okay? I don't want to get into that, but anyway, the show has some association with this guy. Let's just say that, okay? You can go back and look up shows. You know what I'm talking about. So it does this press conference that got away from him.

23:38And they want to brag about they recovered 163 kids that were at risk, they faced abuse neglect exploitation or human trafficking. They, many of them faced abuse neglect exploitation. Or human trafficking. That does not mean that 163 kids have been rescued from human trafficking, okay? My guess is we're talking about 10 kids have been rescued from human trafficking because the rest of them appear to be, and we don't know because now they're refusing to talk about it, because they got pretty much busted doing one of these fake press conferences and they did them before with Disney, okay? This is what makes me look at these things and it's suspiciously more than the average person who sees this on threads and says, oh my God, 163 trafficking cases. Oh, the coaches are 63 kids who rescued, why aren't there press conferences but they're happy parents of their rescued children?

24:41You know, and I'm dead, there's even some going around. Pictures of kids in cages. That's nothing to do with this. This is total garbage. But what do you call it? Back, remember, a couple of years back, we would see every week when DeSantis was fighting with Disney, we would see every week another roundup of pedophiles that worked at Disney, and then when you looked into it, you saw that they didn't work at Disney. These were people that they baked hot dog buns or off the site that sold hot dog buns to Disney. You know what I mean? It was like, you know, the thin connection they had to Disney was played up that they worked at Disney. Again, they're trying to work, quote, more of the name Disney, and so you would think that everybody working at Disney was some kind of convicted sex offender. Now not to say that places like Disney aren't magged for all kinds of creeps and perverts. I mean, I could say even swingers, there's all kind of prostitution, there's huge prostitution.

25:42And Disney land in California, you go to downtown Disney land, those bars is huge prostitution going on there. Adult prostitution, as far as I saw. You know, and then you do, you know, come on man, there's a lot of creepy guys hanging around Disney, man, there's no doubt about that. But to make it for the press headline, another arrest at Disney, just because de Sanctus is fighting with Disney. And you gotta remember too, people have known me for a long time, I busted out that whole list cronkin bullshit about Trump rescuing 1400 kids in his first month, turns out that operation was going on for three years before Trump was even considering running for election. You know, it was all over the news. And again, it was the same kind of thing. Now, the same old, the Chris Hansen type, you know, the things that they've been doing all along. And then other of the kids taken into custody on that, they're mother worked at a massage parlor, and other willing sex work, you know, but then they took their kids away, which is the same thing that's gonna,

26:43you're gonna find out happening here. First of all, there's like a 46 in Tampa, 41 in Miami, 32 in Jacksonville, 21 in Orlando, Fort Myers at 12, Pensacola, eight, and Tallahassee three. Then you got three arrests, right? The three guys arrested, one guy right here had an act of warrant for interference with child custody, and then Lude and LeCivius acts with a minor. He got charged with felony battery and aggravated assault, so we don't know if that's against the cops or the kids, you don't know what that is yet. Okay, we can look it up. Another fellow here was Lude and LeCivius battery, an evict in between 12 and 16, and interference with child custody is the third woman is arrested for it. So none of them are charged with trafficking, not one trafficking charge, okay?

27:43Now, usually Lude and LeCivius acts in his context is internet sending pictures of the pictures over the internet. That's usually what that is. Custody interference in this context, whether there's also sexual battery and stuff like that, is taking kids and running away kids and having them live with you, that they're actually living with you or staying with you, rather than cornering some kid in a bathroom, at the park, you know? This is, you know, they've developed some type of, they've groomed this kid into running away and staying with them. So those are the three cases, and there's not one charge of them trafficking. The batteries could be on law enforcement, and we don't know, okay? Very likely batteries on these kids, 12 to 16, but we don't know. The rest of these are all custodial interferences and runaways, okay?

28:43Custodial, and that's why they're saying that there's other countries that they found some in Puerto Rico and other nations, right? Now, custodial interference, two parents, and one parent has, you know, custody of the kid, the other parent goes to court, they got a court order saying, and I'm supposed to have custody. So the first parent doesn't turn them over. The parent goes over there with the cops and says, look, I have custody, these must have turned over my kid, and two cops at the scene saying, well, I can't drag the kid out of the house, the kid's 13 years old, you're out of luck. I can't do it, you gotta go back to court and get a good temp order on the dead. Okay, and usually they just fall apart there. Sometimes they continue, sometimes they don't. But for them to locate 163 of these incidences tells me that these are known cases, okay? Because at any given time, there's probably a thousand of these custodial interference cases going on in the state of Florida, maybe 2,000, 3,000.

29:44Okay, and again, it's usually that the cops go there, that kids don't want to come back or they lose track of the parents, they don't know where they move to, they can't find them. And I put much effort into it. This isn't a huge investigation into this kind of thing. You know, and don't confuse that with me saying that it's not a huge investigation if kids are actually being trafficked, what I'm trying to explain to you, these arrests here are not what you're imagining, what they are, okay? These are custody cases. This is what they say there are, they're custody interference, all right? And the runaways too. Now, a lot of these runaway cases, the parents already know where the kids ran away to. And these would also be custody interference cases too, because the kids run away to their best friend, their best friends house, and the parents can't get them to come back. The cops know where they are, but they can't get the kids to leave and go back with the parents, or when they do get them to go back with the parents, the kids just run away the next day anyway, okay? Now, back years and years and years ago, about 20 years ago,

30:46when I first started learning internet investigations and email tracing investigations and locating and identifying people from email addresses and from social media accounts. And remember, we do that online infidelity investigation where I would track people's emails back to online dating services. Well, the online, like I'd trace an email back to online dating services, but also to social media accounts like Facebook and back then was like Facebook. And I can't even remember what they were back in those days. My space, things like that. In fact, I always talk about how I didn't, a dating investigation, and then I traced a kid, I traced a woman back to a MySpace page, and one of her friends was this biker guy, so I went to look at his page, and then I saw my client's five-year-old daughter on this biker's house holding a gun. Okay? And we reported that. And this is why he could be teaching the kid gun safety. You know, that's allowed.

31:47But it turned out, thank God, it was a felony and possession of a firearm. We got him arrested that way. But still. But anyway, back to my original point. And so I learned how to do this stuff. I could track people down, I could locate people from email address, so with Tracker, they'll find their online dating websites, or social media accounts. And I was using it for infidelity investigations mostly, but many of my cases too were child custody cases, because I would track the parent down, and find their social media accounts. Sometimes they were very risky, or extreme fetish type stuff, or they're talking about drug use, or even prostitution, sometimes sex work. And we would take that, and we would give that to the custody evaluator, to make custody evaluation decisions. So I did a lot of those jobs. People think, oh email revealer.com, what he did was, these little online searches, some of the things would grow into really big testimony, and it purports the whole thing. And it would start off with little cheap jobs,

32:48but they would grow. And I would use it to locate runaways. And there's a book written, okay, where I'm quoted in the book, the guy took, I wrote an article about catching runaways, you could find that online. And a guy wrote a book, and he used my stuff, my article, I can't find the actual book, I'd love to put on my IMDB page. But I've updated my IMDB page with a lot of stuff, he could check that out, all the articles I've been quoted in, and different TV appearances and stuff that I had left out in the past, and some podcast appearances that I left out in the past too, plus all the guests we've had on the operand report podcast that have other TV appearances, we've added them into. So it's been really updated quite a bit. And you need to add a more recent picture when I get her out to that. We've got to work on it. But when I started doing these runaway investigations, I'm walking through Walmart one day. And I wonder if you know, I wonder if you know, yeah, it had to be back in Vegas.

33:49I was thinking maybe I'm not standing out, but I'm walking through Walmart, and I see all these missing kids. I just look at this, I bet I could find a bunch of these kids. And I went there, and I took down the information. I think I even wrote, you couldn't take a picture of it back in those days. I think I actually wrote it down a little pad, and I went home and I located a couple of these runaway kids. These missing kids, and I knew where they were. And I locate the mom, and I remember, I was so full of myself. I was so proud of myself, and I thought I was, I want my little boy to be able to save the world. I can look at all these kids. And I call the mom, I even said to her, are you sitting down? Madam, are you sitting down? I've located your daughter. I didn't give you the address what she is. And she goes, I know. Say the way we're in, of course we know, she's there, who are you? We know she's there. The police know, she's there, and they want to attend, think about it. Okay, so a lot of these cases, you're gonna see, there's 163 cases.

34:50The reason why you're not seeing these happy reunited parents, okay, is because the parents knew all along what they were, okay, or they have their own skeletons in their closet, they don't think they're own neglect and abuse that they're ashamed of. A lot of times, cops go in to rescue some kid from a neglect or abuse, they're gonna, they can't even find a relative, a decent relative to take them in, because they all got convictions, they don't kind of weird stuff going on. So please, when you see these things, you gotta, you can't just jump to conclusions, that this is just like Epstein, and it's an international trafficking ring, and the three people involved with the trafficker arrested for the trafficking are not the top and charge, look at them in the brackets. Now, first of all, the three arrested don't even know each other, they're in different states, in different cities, you know? So it's just more garbage that's out there, you know, this hysteria that's just exhausting, you know?

35:53And I'm not like I try and tell you, you know, with the whole thing, with the DDoS attack on a Katie Johnson case, it just makes the real work more difficult, sometimes impossible, because there's just so much bullshit and hysteria, and people writing and creating bullshit, and people who elevate all this nonsense, and this minutia and misreading and misunderstanding things. Because you have no experience in any of this, and you have no business sticking your nose in these things. What do I know? What do I know? I know nothing. Speak of Johnson's shut down the house again, too, because he doesn't want to, Massey read those names, okay, what I have,

36:53what police names? People are like, okay, what do you got the names now? What happened, nothing? What have I told you? Okay, so Massey has passed a new law, it's basically says, hey, of course it's passed law, we just passed, this is the law to really make them do it. And Johnson doesn't want to see shut down the house. This is right in your face, I can't imagine that from pages. But good old, was it Robert Massey? Lane Duck Massey goes on there, and fixes his suit and his tie, because he knows this clip's gonna be in Coviral, and he reads the names, finally. I think we took about Cosby in that show, so Mark Ebbner's the one who first saw us about Cosby, before Cosby is arrested, right? Before there was a comedy to get about Cosby. All the ladies and gentlemen out there that love to be experts, I've been talking about these things before you heard of it, all right? And now you're gonna tell me what to think and what to know. You're gonna explain me, tell me my job. Okay, good, thank you very much. I'll take a note, I'll write that down. When the people, when the people you're learning from, when I comment on their, they hide my comment. You okay? All right. Hey, you know, you're talking about my case, let me say what really happened with the hidden. Hey, you know, your comments, didn't it, you know that? And I did that that that that.

38:55Because the expert, who doesn't want to hear from the guy worth on the case, is hides my comment. Anyway, I'm not bitter. David Copperfield, so Mr. Massey exposes David Copperfield. I'm gonna tell him I'm a David Copperfield for years. I'll tell you a couple things and I'm not sure, okay, I don't know if it's all in one place or not. Because there's another, I was involved in a case with Copperfield. But the first Copperfield comes across my radar because as young lady in Vegas, she went to his act because Copperfield had this whole operation where he would see young women in his audience. And especially if they had a boyfriend, he loved to take the girl away from the boyfriend. And he would send his staff out there with a little brochure, a little questionnaire. Hey, do you wanna be a model? Do you wanna go and work with David? We'd like to come on stage and do be the participate in the show. It gives your name, your address, your phone number, your hobbies, your interests. You know, let me take a couple of pictures of you here.

39:57Okay, with your work history, okay. And then they'd get a call, you know, they get to one stage with David Copperfield. Oh my goodness, I'm so much fun. Look at the picture, I went on stage. Boyfriends sitting there like a schmuck. David Copperfields. Anyway, what do you call it? So Copperfield, after he gets his questionnaires, he's going through the pictures. Oh, I remember, yeah, it calls him up. Would you like, you know, we're having a private party on my island? Did you know David Copperfield had his own island too? Hmm, before anybody knew about Copperfield and Epstein, I was telling you about David Copperfield and Copperfield's island. Now his island was a little bit more elaborate. You couldn't get there by helicopter. You had to take this little, apparently all the robot. This is a loud-forward motor. Tiny little boat to get to this thing, the scary ride to get to his place. And then once he got there, he'd take away your passport. And then these young ladies would find out that there was actually no party.

41:00There was no model scout there. It was just them and David Copperfield. And they're trying to escape. They go, how are they going to get out of there now? There's no helicopter. There's no, he has a passport, you know? And they can't get on that little boat, not break that little boat, but themselves. They were in his mercy. And as he even wanted to talk about how he tried to drown her in the water. She had bruises on her neck. So she gets back, she tells the cops. She wants files of lawsuit. And what happens? Well, while all this is proceeding, she goes on a date with a guy in Vegas. And he takes her up in the room and he attacks her and tries to rape her molester. And he tells when she comes running downstairs, half naked, you know, screaming, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, get me out of here. And this guy attacked me. Police come, ambulance comes. She's sitting in the back of the ambulance and she says, I can't believe it's happening again. And I said, what is going on? I pushed just a tag by David Copperfield a month ago. And that's the kiss of death.

42:02They drop the charges against Copperfield because, oh, this woman, she's accused of prostitution by this guest at this hotel. Now, there is a form of, I guess you call a prostitution where, you know, you go out with a guy and then you get him back to the room, okay, listen, I'll do this much with you, but I'm not going to do any more. You know, you don't have to seek publish a painting. Now, usually when that happens, they have a guy, they have a boyfriend whose outside the motel room or the near by, say in case this happens, they have a got to protect them. There's a well known, you know, situation, okay, but I don't think that's the case here because that didn't happen. She didn't run out, you know, just take off. You know, that's okay, I couldn't hussle some money out of this guy. Let me get outta here. She ran out of this screaming bloody the wood bruises. There's no guy there with her to protect her who run in there and then shake the guy down from money. But you know, none of that happened existed.

43:03But the cops and the prosecutors all treated it like it was because he's David Copperfield. Okay, and when you got a gig like that in Vegas, one of those big, giant casinos, you got the most powerful, and I know these lawyers. You got the most powerful guys in town. I know the capabilities they have, and I know the resources that they have. Okay, I've been in those rooms. All right. So I know how that stuff works. And so anyway, that poor kid, man, I don't know where she is today, but she's got a lawsuit. We're gonna locate her and get her back. But I don't know if I talked about that on the air. I know I did. And it's a show where I mentioned Copperfield, Epstein, I think Rob Lowe and a bunch of others. But there was another Copperfield case that no one knows about, but me. Okay, there's another young lady who was involved with a teen beauty passion, who had the same type of allegations against David Copperfield.

44:06I don't think it involved the island though, it was more local. And the only reason that case didn't ever see it is because of the statual limitations in Nevada, okay? At the time. Didn't allow it. Now, so that case died in the water. And I guess about 15 years later, you know, I knew about the situation, but I had never met a plaintiff in the case. But then about 15 years later, I ran into her at one of those conventions in Vegas where she was like a show promo model at the conventions when I trade show model girls, and doing like an appearance in it. I saw her there and we were talking, I found out her name. And right away, and she told me, which page and she was in. So right away, I didn't know exactly who she was.

45:07I just imagine how awkward that is for me, you know? Cause I know all the details of this situation that happened to her, but here we're having this friendly conversation, not talking about this topic whatsoever. And I can't bring it up and say, hey, you know, I worked on anything, you know? I can't do that, you know, I can't bring it up. But for me, it's like I'll get hit with a baseball bat, you know? Like you meet somebody 15 years, I shit, I know what happened when you're 15 years old, you know? And what do you do? Just knocks the window at you. Hey, but that's kind of the difference, you know, between, you know, really working on this stuff in real life and just writing about it on Twitter. You know, you're not going to run it to me. Well, you know, you're not going to wait. What do you say? Oh, I write about you on Twitter.

46:07Cause you know, it's a matter of fact, if you're, if you're one of these people on Twitter, they're going to run the other way. Oh, I write about you and I get it wrong. I don't want to see this. I'm going to get out of here. Okay, cause when they write about my cases, they run the other way. I can tell you that from experience, I can testify in court. I got exhibits. I can show you. You know, let's see. I forgot any more notes. I just want to get out of here. That is just about it. Okay. And I wouldn't even mind it early. I don't know. Going to go out of high note, low note. But it's going to funny. And another experience. I had, oh, by the way, too, I think I talked to Lesley about AJ Weber and being in the end and the Epstein files, too, and about how it's, what a coincidence. Yeah, I did. It's a matter of fact, right. While I was talking about it, he sent me an email while I was talking about Lesley, he told him about the whole thing with Paul Krasner and how Krasner,

47:09the way he met Epstein was, I was talking about the Katie Johnson case. Anyway, that was because I was just thinking now, because AJ once held this guy, kidnap you. He held this guy hostage, kidnap them. And, uh, because AJ had this lobby where he had a camera set up on the lobby. He was back in the 70s in the early 80s. He had a camera set up on the lobby of his building there. And if somebody came into the building, there was a problem for him. Or he didn't like them. They were trouble. He could lock the doors and then release tear gas in the lobby. So he did that to a guy once who was this famous private investigator. It was involved with the Jewish Defense League. And I wouldn't you know it at a PI convention. I run it to him. And it was the same. I think that's how I did say, hey, you know, I know the guy to kidnap you. That was, I didn't have the kind of savvy I had later on when I ran into the poor survivor of Copperfield.

48:13But it just goes to show you once again, you know, the kind of stuff you get here on the show. You get from the Congressman, Massie, the hero, 12 years later. It's only 12 years later. Hey, listen, two guys doing a great job. He's a hero. It's only 12 years, you know, and then 12 years goes by and in the blink of an eye. Okay. Just because I talked about this 12 years ago, doesn't mean it's not important today. It is very important today. It's very important that we heard Massie read those names. Very important. And they're very accepted of DSA, the democratic socialist of America, democratic socialism, as they're calling it, which really is not socialism. Okay. That's really capitalism with a few more crumbs being distributed to the poor and to the working class,

50:16which is fine. I'm fine with that. I'm happy to see that. And I'm happy to see people aren't afraid of the word socialism. But people really need to understand what socialism is and how we would all benefit under socialism. That I've talked about it over the years, just the US oil industry alone, 65% of the world has a public oil industry. A non-profit, a non-for-profit oil industry. The oil industry in the United States of America is a two, they boast $200 billion a year on profit. So if it was a non-for-profit, okay, if it was a public publicly owned, could increase all the wages, lower the price of oil and gas and put money back in all of our pockets. Okay. Now, of course, you know, if the capitalist did this, you know, they would steal all that money, which is go back and that is same a war is in buying bombs and all the crap they do now. But under socialism, real socialism, that money would go to you, that money would go to me,

51:18make all of our lives better. And it's just simple math, okay. And we're going to get on again into this. And I'm going to get into all the silly foolish arguments from the 80s about Venezuela and Cuba and we're showing a country where it's worked. And everyone's all getting paid the same under socialism, the government owns everything. I'm going to get into all that nonsense piece by piece by piece and explain it to you so that you're going to understand it. Because let me tell you something, there's nobody out there. Very few people written the Richard Wolf, Alan Woods, if I'm both in a show, Mr. Cobb, Mr. Otte, I'll come on the show and explain that these facts to you. But you don't hear it. You see a lot of AOC and a lot of Bernie Sanders, we don't hear about real nationalizing. You want to see that merchant payment processing takes a three and a half percent cut of every transaction in this country, man. We can we can remove that. That could go back in our pockets. Okay. Every utility company, electric company, water company, we can make them all public non-profit.

52:22All that money will go back in our pockets. They're all making money. It's not like they give us great service. You know, look, can cox cable or inspection, you know, can they get any worse customer service or the service than they're giving us now? And then if they were a public utility, of course not. You can only get better, man. You know, because the workers would be making more money. And we're going to get into a whole show about that. I'm going to give you a whole hour on that. And all of my mega friends and my geniuses can ignore it. And I say, well, I don't agree with your politics. I agree with everything else you say, Mr. Upperman, but I don't agree with your politics because I never listen to them. As soon as I hear you talking about the my turn off the show.
