A lot of politics going on, go figure Washington, D.C., they'd be playing politics.

2:03Well, Christine Ohm, the Secretary of Department of Homeland Security will not be secretary for very long. She's being replaced. Christine Ohm is out according to President Trump. Senator Mark Wayne Mullin of Oklahoma is in. Now, the New York Post is reporting this. Trump says Christine Ohm lied to Congress about getting his approval for $220 million ad campaign featuring herself. Now, I will say this was very interesting yesterday as I was watching this hearing. Senator Kennedy from Louisiana started to go after Christine Ohm about the money she was spending. $200 million on ads, and he kept pressing her on this, and I thought, this is odd watch. And you're saying that you're testifying that President Trump approved this.

3:03They had a time. Does that understand? We had conversations about making sure that we were telling people. No, ma'am. I'm asking you, sorry to interrupt, but the President approved ahead of time. He's spending $220 million running TV ads across the country in which you are featured prominently. Yes, sir. We went through the legal processes. Did it correct? Did it correct? No, it didn't. Yes. He did. Yes. Okay. Yes. Yes. Yes. Well, we're not so sure about that. And this was strange seeing a Republican really put the screws to the secretary on this issue of $200 million in ads. Now, $200 million is a lot of money for TV ads, but in the big scheme of Washington, $200 millions of drop of the bucket sadly, okay? So I thought, is this a set up job? Well now there's some indications that Senator Kennedy had a conversation with President

4:05Trump. Trump said, I want to hear her answer about this. And this is how we got to this point. I mean, to me, it puts the President in a terribly awkward spot, and I'm not saying you're not telling the truth. It's just hard for me to believe. You know, I mean, President, as I do that you said, Mr. President, here's some ads I've cut, and I'm going to spend $220 million running them that he would have agreed to that. Well, after that, she said, yes, he agreed. I would like to have heard the rest of that, but that's where she got caught, okay? All of it very interesting. Now, this is the ad in question. Across the border illegally, we'll find you. Break our laws, we'll punish you. Harm American citizens, there will be consequences. But if you come here the right way, your American dream can be as big as these endless guys.

5:10From President Trump and me, welcome home. So there's Christie, like I said, she sometimes dresses up in Halloween costumes, but overall, I think she did a good job. Now, Minneapolis got a little out of control. Tom Homan had to go clean it up, but she cleaned up the border. She was getting deportations, two million self-deported. I thought she was doing a good job, Christie Known. I really did, but about that ad, what do you think President Trump told Reuters? He said this over the phone, I never knew anything about it, about these ads. Now there was talk about an affair with Corey Lewandowski, President Trump's former campaign manager, and now Christie Known's long time advisor, I don't think that played anything into this. There was talk about that going back for years. I don't think there was anything to that. Now, who's taking over for her?

6:13We're going to go straight to the Mark Wayne Mullin sound bite. He's from Oklahoma. This is what he had to say today. Christie is a friend, and I haven't had time to call Christie yet, and our secretary Known. We are family, they're friends. She was tasked to do a very difficult job, and I think she has performed the best she can do in her ethosurking senses. Is there always lessons to be learned? Listen, my wife and I, over the years, we have been fortunate enough to purchase companies and grow our companies, and every day there's something you can do better. So I think there's an opportunity to build off successes, and there's also opportunities to build off things that maybe didn't go quite as planned. Look in the end, I wish him the best of luck. Christie Known now going to Shield of the Americas, which is a new program that President Trump will be rolling out on Saturday. She'll be leading that specifically related to security situations in the Western hemisphere. Now, I wish Mark Wayne Mullin all the success in the world.

7:14That is a very, very important job. So a lot going on in Washington, including the United States Senate, failed to pass the DHS funding bill again today. And we have the Iran war going on. I want to bring in now Republican congressman from Indiana, our friend Marlon Stutzman is here. Congressman, great to have you back. Thanks, Grant. Great to be with you this evening. Congressman did a catch you by surprise, the Christie Known. I'll call it an ouster. I know she's being moved, but let's face it, she's no longer the secretary. You know, yes, surprise that it happened today, but at the same time, there has always been some grumblings that there's kind of a list of who may be the first to be removed or reassigned. In this case, Christie had a tough job. I served with Christie in Congress. We were elected together back in 2010 during the Tea Party wave. She was a great governor for South Dakota. It's a tough job. I was talking to some colleagues as we were walking to the floor today, even regarding

8:18Senator Mullin taking to position, that's a tough position. It's a promise that the American people heard from President Trump over and over through the campaigns and through his presidencies that he was going to seal the border. He was going to make sure the homeland is secured, deporting illegals with criminal backgrounds. I mean, this has been a very challenging job. I do believe that she did a good job, but sometimes the circumstances out in the field don't always go the way that you want them to, and there were some events that were unfortunate. But at the same time, I don't blame her, but I think that it's probably time for a fresh face, and for whatever reason, Senator, or that President Trump decided that Senator Mullin is to replace her today was that day. Yep, it sure was. I mentioned that the DHS funding bill failed again in the United States Senate. Sad, this has happened. You guys in the House have done your jobs so far. The Senate can't seem to do that. I'm going to play a soundbite from Cory Booker here.

9:18He's talking about Christy Known, but he also brings up DHS, and I want to get your response to his comments. She is gone. She should be held to account for the corruption that she has shown with the contracting and the way that this is. She should be held to account for the violation of court orders. She should be held to account, frankly, for the violating the Constitutional rights of Americans. This change is nothing. We are in a shutdown right now because we have a woes and reckless organization that is breaking into Americans' homes. Congressman, what is the reality of the DHS shutdown that Democrats refuse to tell the American people? The reality is that the American people are more vulnerable today because Democrats refuse to fund DHS and considering the war in the Middle East with Iran that the Americans could be more vulnerable today, because who knows what—who came across the border during the Biden administration? There's very likely sleeper cells across the country, and if they were ever—if they

10:21decided to activate, who is going to be there to help protect Americans? Of course, we got local law enforcement, state police, but we need the federal government to be able to do their job to be sure that the homeland is secure, and so I think that the Democrats are playing a very risky game here. I think of some of the workers too. You got a 21-year-old TSA agent or a Coast Guard employee that's out on a Coast Guard cutter and they've got a wife and kid at home. They don't have a lot of money stashed up to pay bills from Congressman, and I don't think the Democrats have any care in the world for these people. Yeah, no. There's more about politics. We've talked about this many times during the Trump administration. The Democrats are very good at politics, Republicans are good at the policy, but Democrats will play against their own people all day long during the shutdown back in October and November of last year. There was very little regard for the military and for those serving in the federal government.

11:24Now, do I think that the federal government has bloated and has too many federal employees? Yes, I do, but these are jobs that are really important. As you said, they're not the highest paying jobs, and when they have young children at home and they got to make sure that the mortgage is paid, when they miss a paycheck, it can be very stressful and puts them in a very difficult spot. I imagine Congressman's got to be all frustrating for you to watch this unfold and really not much that you and your fellow members of the House can do about it. It is. I mean, I can't tell you how much I appreciate John Federman for speaking up the way that he does. He's the only one over there in the Senate side that is just using common sense. In fact, I was talking to him in the hallway one day, and he was just so frustrated. He said, like, look, why can't we just look at these things objectively and do what's right for the American people? And I agree with that 100 percent, you know, the Iran war.

12:24I mean, this is, and I believe this isn't the start of a war. This is going to be the end of a war. We have to realize that Iran has declared war on the West for 40 years, whether it's a chance of death to Israel, death to America, whether it was their attacks and the killings over the American people. They have been at war with us, and now we just finally realize they are not going to change. They are not going to do anything different. They're going to string us along, and President Trump made the right decision by going in and taking off the head of the snake. This is the first commander in chief we've had with the stones to take on Iran. It need to be done a long time ago. I think this has been in the making through President Trump's first term. He knew ultimately this was going to come to this. He has planned it out. What an assault they have leveled against Iran, and I know they are going to be successful. 13:24I guess I'll play a little this only because I want you to see just how whiny waspaggy they are. Hakeem Jeffries on this idea, the Christie gnome is stepping down, the media, the Democrats are having a field day with this. Quite frankly, I could care less. As long as stuff is getting run in a decent fashion, and it will under Mark Wayne Mullen, I'm fine with it. Hakeem. Let's focus on what's taking place right now. Christie gnome is gone. Good riddance. She was a disaster, and House Democrats made something very clear several weeks ago. You know what I changed my mind, I changed my mind. I can't listen to him. I'm not doing that right now. I need no negativity, okay, because constantly I have negativity from these Democrats, and they're driving me quite frankly up a wall. Now I got to talk about some more negativity. The Department of Justice has dropped its investigation into the auto pen. Now this investigation was being run by Judge Jeanine, someone I have the utmost faith

14:27in. Apparently we're being told they could not find a law that was broken. It's treasonous to usurp the power of the president of the United States without him knowing, and I do believe he didn't know. Did they ever interview Joe Biden on this? I couldn't find a law to hang this thing on. Let her. Look, this is a story about the inability to bring the case against Biden, but there's also a story about how the Trump Justice Department continues to fail to do what Donald Trump wants it to do. I don't know. In some respects, I can't argue with him. I want Fauci prosecuted. I want the auto pen scandal prosecuted. I want everyone involved in the J6 cover-up prosecuted. I want all of the COVID scandals and the nonsense of shutting down our schools and going after parents as terrorists. I want all of them prosecuted. So you know what? For the first time in a long time, I agree with the guy on MSNBC.

15:30Now to the high stakes Senate race in Texas. Senator John Cornyn, four terms, versus my buddy, Attorney General Ken Paxton. I have been no secret that I support Ken Paxton. He's a true conservative. I do not want Cornyn to get this job, but I am being told by many that I trust that President Trump is going to endorse John Cornyn, and he is going to ask Ken Paxton to step down. The idea is he wants a deal with John Thune to get the Save America Act passed. Will that ultimately play out? We shall see, but that is the plan that is being thought about, considered almost to the point of making it happen inside the White House. This is a tweet from Ken Paxton, which leads me to believe that maybe they talked to him already, unless it's Ken Paxton getting out in front of it.

16:31He wrote, I would consider dropping out of this race of Senate leadership, agrees to lift the filibuster and passes the Save America Act. Now, I'm going to ask all you folks, would you make Ken Paxton a sacrificial lamb to get John Thune to throw out the filibuster, and it's not just the Save America Act, we can constitution or carry through. We could get all of these very conservative pieces of legislation pushed through, and not have to worry about the Democrats, because they're going to do it to us. It's a gut punch to think that Ken Paxton may be forced out of this race, but I know Ken, he's not going to do anything he doesn't want to do, even though he has so much respect for President Trump, and I know President Trump has so much respect for Ken Paxton. I'm telling you, I said it before, I know President Trump personally. He likes Ken Paxton more than he likes John Cornyn. There was no doubt about it. But President Trump is a strategic guy, and when he starts thinking, he usually wins.

17:36So we'll see how this plays out. I want to bring in now Republican Texas State Representative, who will be our next congressman from the Second Congressional District in Texas. He will take the place of Dan Crenshaw, a guy that I am out behind of. Our good friend Steve Toath is with us. Steve, welcome to the program, and congratulations on this huge upset of Dan Crenshaw. Grant, great to be with you, and fun to celebrate that big win Tuesday night. Well, we were so proud of you, you know, we've talked a lot leading up to this election. I know you always felt confident, to be honest with me. Did you know you were going to win by this big a margin? Yes. I love it. I'm a big believer in linear aggression modeling. I used to work for the Harris poll many years ago, and it was so frustrating because I talked to so many people. I'm like, we've done the polling.

18:36It shows that he can't get above 43%, and he only got 40% in this deal. Even with a presidential endorsement, he can't get above 47%. All the modeling, all the polling showed that we're going to win this with 57%. That was wrong. We won it with 56% of the vote. But I never wanted to let myself believe it. And so I was still stunned Tuesday night because, you know, Cruz once said, run scared or run on a post. And so we decided I decided to run scared, not just not accept the numbers. Did he say anything to you? Did he call and concede? Did he make that phone call? No. No. Let me tell you something. That tells you everything you need to know about this guy. Okay. Let me run a clip. Now I haven't seen this. I've only heard about it. It's from our buddy Alex Stein, who's right here as a show on Real America's Voice. He confronted Dan Crenshaw in Nashville.

19:40And so if it's Alex Stein, it's got to be good. Let's watch. Crenshaw. Crenshaw. You took the L. Hey, Crenshaw. You took the L. Did you see that coming? I know you only got one eye, Cyclops. You lost. Did you do a good job? Hey, Dan, Dan, great job on your election, brother. You're a loser. You're a loser. We got your ass, Dan. You're a loser. Great job, dude. Well, Steve, do I even ask your reaction to you? I don't know. Well, I'm going to rate on the L. Alex's side parade. I have a deep admiration for anybody that paid the ultimate price. You need to pay the ultimate price, but you know, he lost his eye in combat. I just, I'm not going to talk to him that way. But anyways, that's just me. Well, I had to play it because it's Alex Stein. I will remind everybody.

20:41I know. I'm with you. We are on. Look, I'm grateful for his service at the sacrifice he made. I don't want anybody losing an eye. But this is also a guy who tried to trip a friend of mine while they're interviewing, like walking up the steps. This is not a nice man. So I don't mind playing this. He's a terrible person. I mean, look, at the end of the day, the stuff that he accused me of, the lies that he told, and the crazy thing is that he outspent us like six to one. I mean, we spent like $175,000. He spent himself well over $1.6 million. And then he had a pack that's spent another $5 million grossly outspent us calling me a rhino, telling me I voted with Democrats saying that I had blood on my hands saying that I tried to vote against, you know, Army police cars with a bull proof clad, all sorts of just incredible lives. A lot. No one likes that. No one likes it. No one likes it. Well, look, it's very similar to the race that John Corden ran against Ken Paxton.

21:43John Corden, the center of Texas, spent $100 million to Paxton's $4 million. Now we're in this high stakes game of who is President Trump going to endorse. I'm told he's going to endorse Corden and try to make a deal. I was wondering, all right, if we have no step down, would Pambondi be either pushed out or moved and Ken Paxton, given the AG spot as a deal to get out of the race? But your thoughts, Steve, as everything's playing out here, I don't know if I've ever seen something like this, play out like this. Ken's like a dog with a bone, Grant, he's not, he's not going to walk away from this. I think he did an incredibly selfless offer to everyone when he said, look, food, you know, get rid of it, toss the filibuster and pass the Save America Act and I'll walk away from this. What a selfless thing to do. And I was a surprise when I heard that, that's the Ken Paxton that I know.

22:44So two things could be a play there, either Trump called him and said, hey, this is the deal. We're going to work a deal here. Or Ken Paxton's getting ahead of it, knowing that John Thune and the rhinos in the Senate will never do it. And I guess I'll be Ken Paxton and President Trump know the answer. Yeah. Go ahead, Steve. I don't see Thune ever doing that, you know, that would have heard his relationship with his buddies and the Democrat party and he just, you know, swamp preacher that he is, he just won't do that. Well, the fact that you call out Thune before you've even been sworn in and this is a heavy Republican district, so I know you're going to win your race there, but this is the exact reason, Steve, to why we need you in office, not afraid to speak your mind and go up there and fight for us and we're just so happy with your victory and we're so happy you came on the program today. It is a war, and it is also a war that we are winning on many, many fronts.

26:53Now, how do we know we're winning? Because Iran now is maybe they're coming crying to daddy. This is President Trump on Iran and their latest request. Other than that, they're doing quite well. I say, what's left? But they're tough, and they want to fight. And they're calling. They're saying, how do we make a deal? I said, you're being a little bit late. And we want to fight now more than they do. So they want to make a deal. It's too late to make a deal now. You got 49 of your top leaders that are already dead. And we are making great strides no matter what the media wants to tell you, no matter what they want to tell you about, we're running out of ammunition. I do not buy it. I think that's mainstream media nonsense, even though you're having defense contractors show up at the White House tomorrow, I believe, for this meeting to ramp up production. That doesn't mean we're out of ammo. This is Pete Hague set yesterday, our Secretary of War. Starting last night, and to be completed in a few days, and under a week, the two most powerful air forces in the world

27:58will have complete control of Iranian skies, uncontested airspace. I hope all the folks watching understand what uncontested airspace and complete control means. Well, we know what complete control means. It means nobody goes in and out of there without the United States, no one about it. And if you try, you will be shot down instantly. I also believe they're close to controlling the sea. We've got the Straits of Hormuz, much of the world trade, not just oil, goes through that area. There's talk of naval ships, escorting oil tankers out of there. This after President Trump had very harsh words for the UK Prime Minister saying, you're not Winston Churchill. After they took days to let us use their air bases in the Indian Ocean and Spain, not wanting to cooperate with the United States. So these people not understand they need us. Caroline Levitt talked about Spain and they heard the message apparently. The first fact is Spain. I think they heard the President's message yesterday

29:01loud and clear. And it's my understanding over the past several hours of they've agreed to cooperate with the US military. And so I know that the US military is coordinating with their counterparts in Spain. But the President expects all of our European allies, of course, to cooperate. And this long sought-after mission, not just for the United States, but also for Europe. All right, now to a story that's nobody's talking about when it comes to Iran. And that has to do with global trade. It also has to do with insurance. If you can't get insured and you're in the Black Sea or the Indian Ocean, you got a real problem on your hands. Well, apparently England controls much of the insurance market for these giant freighters and skyscrapers and all of those things. They're dropping insurance policies. What does that mean? Will the United States step in? There's been talk that they might. How did I know about this?

30:03I saw it by written up on the platform X by our next guest, US merchant marine and founder and CEO of G captain. Captain John Conrad is with us. Captain John, welcome to the program. Thank you so much for having me and you're not alone. Nobody knows about this stuff. Donald Trump has been laser focused on these choke points from we just you just talked about Spain and Gibraltar, Panama Canal, Greenland, Singapore, straighter hormones with the Houthis, the Red Sea, Switz Canal, and the straighter hormones. Now, laser focus because whoever controls these choke points controls the sea. And I was on Don Jr's podcast last month. We were talking for an hour about London's control over these maritime regulators, insurance, and such. And he says he's been in the most important meetings in the world. And he goes, I've never heard about any of this stuff. And that is by design. You know, the globalists running the UN maritime organization in London, which is three buildings down from

31:08MI6 James Bond headquarters and down the river from these massive insurance things. They don't want you to know. They don't want the American people to know. They don't want the media to report on any of this because 90% of everything moves on ships and they want them and their European friends to control this. So they squeezed or merged a marine and now they're refusing to insure ships. All right. So Captain, is this what's happening? Are they dropping policies on these ships? And then what does that mean? I mean, if I own one of these giant tankers and it's not insured, I'm not sure I'm running it until I get it insured. You can't run it. It's not only that you lose the value of that ship, but there could be casualties that you'll have to pay for. And now because of these environmentalists, just have billions and billions of dollar policies on if you happen to spill oil, you're in big trouble. So it's not just the loss of your ship. It's these huge liabilities that

32:10are associated with it. If you can't get insurance, you're not going to risk it. All right. So the United Kingdom basically controls all of this. Are you telling me you think this is more politics than it is business? Hey, I don't want Iran to sink my oil tanker. Do you think this is politics at play here? I think there are. Politics is a huge part of this. I don't know if you remember. It didn't make too many headlines, but back in October, November, this UN body in London, which is controlled by the globalists, they tried to put a tax on every ship around the world. That it would have been a huge ballooning hundreds of billions of dollars to create a UN slush fund to replace the USAID money. I mean, Donald Trump came and he did a tweet and he steamrolled that idea. And they are mad. And part of this is politics. They want to show the United States a lesson. But I think a bigger part of this is why have all of these operations gone

33:11so well. I mean, the Southern border national guard in our cities. But then you look at the Maduro raid midnight hammer. And now eliminating the entire Iranian navy, the entire navy in a few days. And I think the reason is that they are not telling the allies because the allies have all these rules and regulations. And you can do this. You can't do that. And that's handcuffing our troop all these rules of engagement. We've heard story after story. The where are a terror of guys not being able to shoot someone because they use a child as a as a shield. They're not being able to shoot and told the guys start shooting or hits one of their all of these nations have these crazy rules. And when you have a coalition of 20 people, you got to combine them. So I don't think we told Britain in advance we were doing this. I think we went in with Israel and said we're running our own rules of engagement. Pete Higgs says, we're going to back the warfighter. We know that you are morally correct. We know how to do the right thing. And if you do a war crime,

34:12there's going to be accountability. But that not inviting London means that these insurance companies, these regulators of ships, they didn't get a tip off. So when this happened, they usually get a couple of days of advanced notice. Now they're caught flat-footed because we didn't warn them. Isn't it amazing when you're allowed to fight to win that we actually start winning? And that's exactly what's what's happening. You laid it out. All of these successful operations. Ordeal is an understatement. This woman is facing nine years. She's already been in prison for Lord knows how long for trying to make sure we had a safe and secure election, trying to secure any evidence of wrongdoing in Colorado that she was hung out to dry and got nine years for this. She needs to be pardoned. She needs to be let out. The president can't do anything because it's a state crime. Well, Governor Jared Polis, I've never been kind to this guy. He's a wild liberal. But in this case, if you do this, Governor, I will give you props. I'll invite you onto the program.

Former state senator Sonia Jacquez Lewis, he writes in a tweet, was sentenced to probation for community service after being convicted of four felonies, including attempt to influence a public official. But it is not lost on me that she was convicted of the exact same felony charge as Tina Peters. Justice in Colorado and America needs to be applied evenly. So the former state senator gets community service. Tina Peters gets nine years. That's not even Governor. Do the right thing here. I will salute you. I really will. I want to bring in and out and discuss this. The president of Cause of America, Sean Smith, he's been following this case really knows nobody knows this case as good as you, Sean. Welcome to the program. First off, it's good to see you. I know you're in contact with Tina Peters. What's the response from both

41:34you and her on the news that maybe the governor may come through on this? Well, I haven't talked to her about it. I don't talk to her very frequently, but I tell you, I don't think she's going to accept any offer of clemency that requires her to express remorse because she was doing her duty as a public servant attending to her sworn oath and they persecuted her for it. And now if the governor wants as a condition of her release that she expressed remorse for it, I think it'll be a cold day in hell before she does that. Oh, boy. I mean, what a great patriot. If you're going to sacrifice what eight more years, seven more years of your life in order to make this point to me, I know she's being held hostage. To me, I look at what the government in Colorado is doing is nothing more than terroristic behavior. Maybe you just say, I'm remorseful. We all know she's not. I mean,

42:37and we all know she's being forced basically a gunpoint in order to say it. You remember what happened with difference between like down in Georgia? So co-endities, co-defendants, Jeff Clark refused to turn on the president, refused to disavow his prior involvement, the recommendations he had made has benign it and, you know, according to his obligations as they were, Janet Ellis, on the other hand, you know, she, you know, did she did disavow and she did turn on everyone. I don't think Tina will do it. And the reason I don't think she will do it is because even in the courtroom, even as prejudiced as Judge Barrett was against her, you know, he deprived her of due process. He prevented her from presenting an adequate defense, especially to considerations of what her intent was. And that's a big distinction. You know, Sony Jocke's Lewis was taking care of herself. She was just exactly like Polis, just exactly like Wizer and Griswold. She came into

43:40office in 2019. And she was, you know, as so many leftists do, she was using a public office for her own benefit. So she had her staff doing like errands for her in yard work. And they sort of rebelled because in Colorado, the staffers in the state house are unionized. And so they rebelled against her. She refused to sign off on their time cards. And then she submitted forged letters of support from them in her defense in this ethics review. And that's what she got convicted for. It's nothing like Peter's case. Peter's was trying to duty under federal and state law. And they just have persecuted her for it relentlessly. You know, I'll just put a stock to it at any time. I agree with you. She shouldn't even be convicted of a crime. I think she was carrying out her duties under the oath that she took. And that's the shame of this. Now, if you're ratting somebody else out that didn't do something, I think, you know, the good, the good New York Italian in me

44:41says you don't be a rat. Nobody wants a rat. But if he's mandating, she apologized. I don't think anybody would blame her. In fact, Tina Smith is do whatever you got to do to get out of that hell hole that you're in. And I think I'll give you a pass on that 100%. Just get out of there. Anything you can do to get out of there. Rat people out. Now, that's another story, Sean Smith. I give you the last word. Well, there's nobody to rat out. I mean, she was prosecuted. You know, Conan Hayes was the guy who made the images. And she needed an IT person because she wasn't allowed by law to touch those machines. She did exactly what she needed to do to preserve the records from that election. But they never charged Conan Hayes. Everybody knows his name. Everybody knows he was involved, but they didn't charge it. So they effectively charged and convicted Tina of impersonation, which is a charge that's in the first person that they came in church with that they convicted her of it. Yeah. Look at the appellals. You know, she, the whole thing's a mess. But we've,
