Steve shares how his early career in the Navy helped shaped his career in the data centre sector and within leadership positions. He outlines why apprenticeships are so important and how others can develop successful careers in the data centre sector.

Steve then shares an insight to Datalec and how they are on the pursuit for perfection. We discuss a number of the innovative products they provide, the challenges around sustainability, and how they have achieved such rapid growth across multiple regions.
