About this episode
This week I am going to try and tackle the topic of humility, while pointing out some interesting ideas about the way status and achievement is viewed by our egos. Inspired by my recent rejoining of the Jiu Jitsu class and settling process in Edinburgh, I hope to bring you some well-deserved and needed reminder about the impermanence of life's aspects and the healing quality of keeping 'a begginer's mindset'. I will reflect on the works of Dr. Jordan B. Peterson in this regard and offer you a little dose of positive encouragement for the days and goals to come.
As always, I will offer you a little challenge for the week and remind you to live your best life… To simply be your best.
All the love, all the power, all of the time…
