Dara tells her story focused around the notion of START SCARED. Start before you're ready. She knows what it feels like to hit rock bottom, be stuck and not know what direction to go. She ALSO knows what it feels like to take action & climb out of those hole she thought she was stuck in.

Her physical transformation over the last few years has been incredible, BUT the mental transformation is thing that has allowed her to elevate her, find purpose & help other people do the same.
