Group remaining furniture into conversation groups making a clear traffic path.

Lighting! Have all THREE sources in each room.

Make small repairs.

Paint a neutral color & match drapes for a seamless look.

Clean out closets and spiff them up with our tips.

Create a folder of owners manuals and more as Kelly suggested ( great idea!! Espeically for your hair stylist -learn why!)
