St. Faustina & Divine Mercy | Fr. Robert Healey
About this episode
Fr. Robert Healey, associate pastor at St. Francis Xavier, in Stillwater, presents the history of St. Maria Faustina Kowalska and the story of Divine Mercy and how the Divine Mercy Chaplet can be used to receive God’s infinite Mercy.
In the 1930’s Sister Faustina, with the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy in Poland, came from a poor family that struggled during the First World War. Sr. Faustina received extraordinary revelations from our Lord Jesus. He asked Sr. Faustina to record these experiences, which she compiled into notebooks. These notebooks are known today as the Diary of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, and the words contained within are God's loving message of Divine Mercy.
