welcome anyone out here to the Trombon Accords. For Thomas Towshoek, say they knocked out the ladder leaves, her spreech to win at the premiership tonight. And of course, they came from behind and got the job done. And of course, we've got the team joints right now that tell us a bit about it. Thanks for joining us. We'll go around the circle, get each year to introduce yourselves and tell us a bit about the season. I'm Jordra, and I've been a defender for most of the season. I'm Fran, I was a mid-quarter, and the other season was really fun. I'm Evie and you have the season was pretty tough. We did a rough start, and we kind of pulled it back up, so yeah. Hi, I'm Kyara, and I was mid-quarter for most of the season. I feel like it was really fun watching the team get closer. Hello, my name is Rihania, and I've been Golota Goldshooter for ever since I've came in, which is last year. And they were pretty tough, but yeah, we still smash them. I'm doing the STP. And I'm Evie and I'm going to show you guys.
Hi, I'm Soraya, and I'm going to shoot a gun attack. We've had our ups and downs, but yeah, we've made through it. Yeah. Hi, I'm A5, I've played wing attacking defense most of the season. It's been really fun getting to know all the girls, and yeah. I played Golota Benz for pretty much the whole season, and it was tough. We kind of went up and down a lot of both. Ended up with the winners, so good. Coach, I'll start off with you. Tell us a bit about the season. Obviously, the team finished in third, and tell us not just season, but the finals campaign. Throughout the season, it's been very up and down. We've had some of the teams being young, and then some of them being very experienced like tonight. But the girls have grown throughout the season, and especially into the finals, and proving what they could do on the court today. Was there a particular game? I'm going to ask the same question to the players in the moment. But was there a particular game that you thought there's something special about this team? I think that started beyond that before this season.
I think that started last year when they faced them all came across. And they've just got a real good bond. But they're maturity on court starting to grow, which really showed this season. Same question to the team. What is there a particular game? I don't think so. So it was kind of really close, you friends, outside of the season. I feel like the Laura in the game, we kind of like started playing more as a team. You know that one? Because then like we like it. Big care for you and some of my next question. Tell us about your amazing Premiership coach, or postures, that's what you're up for. Oh, you're the best. You're the best. You're the best. You're the best. You could ask for a better coach. I couldn't be without her. We wouldn't have been as team here. Yeah. You're the same with Claire. Well, and Karl and Rosie. They helped her out. Today, they helped a lot. Just names of them. Did everyone, yeah? I was just mentioning about all those other names as well. How important they, and I didn't notice it in the family photo, I guess, how important they were, all those that just mentioned.
Because I took the court throughout the season as well, like without them, it would be very difficult. There'd be my biggest support, emotionally, even like trying to work out what we're going to do when we're like short, short on players, they'd be in the real background as well. Tell us about your mates and family and parents. Oh, that's the best. They're very supportive. Yeah, they're the loudest ones for the song. Yeah, to get a big loud on the court, we have the loudest bench side ever. And they actually helped us to keep going, and they kept our heads up as well. Because whenever we heard them cheer, it would just give us the inspiration to keep going. Even though we're getting off down, we'll still get back out. There's not going to be one! Good job, right? Cool, come here, yeah. Yeah. And then in the last one, we'll go around the circle for the last one. Tell us what is special about playing for Tomas Town? It's just like the best club as well, even 40 years as well.
It's just, I don't know, couldn't wish for any better club. There. It's probably like the community, like everyone knows everyone talks to everyone. Yeah. It's the same thing the community, like every team comes to everyone else's games and cheers each other in. And not many teams do that, so I feel like that's really special about the club. Yeah, it's just such a supportive environment, it's a community feeling, everyone supports each other in life. For me, it was hard to find a good club, but ever since I met Tomas Town, they're like a second family to me. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I think it was just really good having everyone support me when I came into the club last year. And it was really nice to be like a big family and supporting each other's games. Yeah, the same, like all the people, all the bond you make, like it's just a big family club, it's really nice. I'll finish for you. I think it's just my one club, no matter if we're on the call, off the call, and even with the football, we really get to find each other as well, we're like really one big family. Well, all of you, thank you so much for joining us, congratulations on the win.
That was the best performance I've seen, especially. You have to play every single elimination game to get you here, and well done, and hopefully there's more to come because this is an amazing group of netballers here. Thank you. It's welcoming one back out here to La Trove, and of course, it's starting to have our favourites coming to our winning premierships at the moment, and of course, this time it is the King Lake, a 10-up one, a premiership over at Broadford by 13 at 31-18, of course, in Division 3 flag, and of course, they join us right now after the game, thanks all of you for joining us. Thank you. I'll go around the circle, I'll get Aisha to introduce yourselves, and tell us a bit about what's special about playing for King Lake. I'm Katie, I play Gold Defence, probably just the community and the people, and I see humans, so. Yeah. I'm Alice, I play Defence, and yeah, I think it's just the same as well, it's these girls that keep me coming back to play with because it's, yeah, it's just a great team
to have a play for. I'm Danny, I play Golds, also the people, the community, and it's a bunch of girls, so yeah, they keep it fun. Yeah. I'm Brenda, I play Mid-Court, and I like the stunning good looks of all the players who are precious. I'm Ben, I play Defence, and yeah, I wouldn't be playing netball currently, but there's a lot of girls around me, so I love the club, I love the people. I'm Lars, I play Mid-Court, and probably the unrelenting, since the unrelenting is a pressure off from Latoya or Nikita, you're really bullying essentially, you're bullying. And I love you all, I'm Megan, and I play Mid-Court, and Ditto to everything. I'm Maddie, and I also play Mid-Court, and just, yeah, returning to netball are the kids that spend a really friendly club competitive, but nothing like two-series, so it's good. Good fun.
It's nothing like two-series, but it's very fun. I'm Nikita, I play Mid-Court, but it goes this season. I love that we all have the same level of white line fever, so we're really competitive, but we love each other with ears. I'm Latoya, I'm the coach, and I do not know how bullying I just know how to apply a bit of pressure to get these girls back on court, because that's where they should be. That was the last pre-know. Most of the one-premise ships already in this competition, which of the premierships means a little bit more than the others? Anyone can answer this, by the way. For different reasons, this one means a lot to me, because of some of the girls I got back on court with. Our kids didn't know if they'd come back to this level, so this one's really special for me. But the other season was also really special, because we were in a high-div, and we've worked really hard to win that final together to do too. You know, it's one of... It's like time to pick a favourite child. Like, you've got one in your head, but you can't say it out loud. That's fair. That's fair. Good time.
Because see, you've got the biggest cup I've seen. Luckily, the handle hasn't broken yet. I guess how much love is that going to get? And especially, I'm assuming there's going to be a lot of liquid, I guess. There's going to go in now, I'm assuming. I'm going camping, so I won't take it to Cobb Ribbon, give it a work out. What are you doing? I'm trapped in my electrolyte in there. Oh, yeah, my electrolyte level. Yeah, yeah. This is not a team of 20-year-olds. We've got to prioritise recovery. Maybe some magnesium. And we'll finish with these last two. Tell us what is special about this team? It's just the long term friendships and returning to Nepal is what brings us back together and allows us to see each other regularly. So that's really nice. And then, obviously, we also go to be competitive and stay fit at the same time. So for me, that's what's really special. Did our connections really competitive? Yeah. And that enlightened him, put it on the dress.
And then, obviously, I'm going to ask you this. What does Spinpub, Kinglay, and especially Spinpub, this amazing club, and especially what the town has gone through over the last couple of years? And what does this mean? It just means a huge amount to our community. Just from our win last year, and as well as our girls in 2024, it's just, it's helped throw our club. And what we're finding now is we're having juniors now starting to reach that senior level. So we're being able to put on a massive program with a netball club, brings the community together, gets us competitive. But it also means a lot more because it means family and friendship, which the girls have spoken about. Every one of these girls will have a fill in and coupled on. I've signed on to the main season, something that they probably didn't think they were going to do when they first played round one in summer. So it's just, the club itself is just a huge family on an off the core, even including the football and netball. We're such a big club. And that's why it means so much to us because it shows that we can show up for such a small community and compete against the big clubs who have 9 or 10 teams. So yeah, that's what it means to King Lake.
Well, all we congratulations on winning. And obviously, especially winning that championship today, and the way that you did it, after close first half, you completely destroyed them in the second half. So well done, congratulations and celebrate with a massive, this amazing cup that you've got. Thank you. Everyone back out here to La Trobe, because there's summer division one champions from the 10th down at Power Road up in Montmorent's Seekers. They beat him today by four goals, after leaned by 10 at late in the last quarter. And of course, we've got the team joined right now. They tell us a bit about tonight's game. Thanks all you for joining us. Thank you! Thanks for going to be here. No worries. Well, we'll get each of you to introduce yourselves and tell us a bit about the season. I'm Morgan. We've had a spectacular season. We won every game and won all of our semis. So yay, Monty! I'm T.C. I feel like it's been such a great season and playing with such a beautiful bunch of girls.
We all back each other. We're all really positive and I'm glad we got the cup form of Red Sea. I'm Pira and this team seems so much fun to play with. It makes playing never on a Friday night worth it. My name is Danielle and I think that this has been a core group for the last probably six or three years. And we're really julled and we back each other up. And we have such nice friendship off the court with really tripped like in our game. So, very proud of us. Hi, I'm Holly. I'm back to Montmorenti and I'm dream team. That's what I can say. I'm a show. I'm going on. I'm Alia and I'm here. I love these girls. They're awesome to play with. It's been an awesome season and who else can say they won undefeated in the entire time? We can do it! I'm Kayla. This is my first season playing at Monts. I've absolutely loved it. It's been such a great bunch of girls to play with.
And you can ask for a bit of team. Hi, I'm Holly. I've been coaching this season. I just want to say, what a fantastic group of girls and just energy around this team. It's been fantastic for me to play at Monts. I'm Abby and it's been a great season to play with such a good group of people. And it just makes every game worth it. And I'm Laura and I echo everything that's already been said. It's not just the team, it's the whole club. Really positive atmosphere, positive group of girls to be around. And every year it's a joy, but even more so when you win every game. Now, I had to ask, was there any point in that game that you felt comfortable enough to enjoy it? Yeah, it was the final song. It was about the three seconds left on the table. A few more ways to give us a good competition. And going into it, yes, the first game we versed against them.
We beat them by quite a substantial amount, but that didn't mean anything going into this game. And winter seasons, previous season, it's always been a really, really tough game. And Hume certainly gave it to us tonight, so we weren't confident until that final song. Now, we'll finish with these last two. Obviously you've got the biggest cup I've seen. How much love is that going to get? Laugh a lot. We're going out tomorrow night, right? No! We can track a few pieces in there more. I can't. Fantastic, we're never putting it down. It's never going on the pool. I'm never going to slip. No. Well, I'm crazy about that too. And then the last one. What makes this change special? We just have really good vibes. We won't get a ranting puzzle. No one drops the head. No one gets angry at each other. We just play the game. We play a very calm game, which is weird for us.
We usually get granted, but we're just geled really well as a team, so we can actually finish it. We can read each other's minds. Yeah. Can I also say? Also, Pete is probably not from a never-knit ball background, but he's just such a vibes coach and he reads everyone and he checks in and he's just checks on everyone's ball beans. I think that's what we're doing. Oh, we missed you tonight. We missed you, Pete. We missed you, Pete. I hope you had a fun playing golf in Las Vegas. Oh. Okay, that's fair. Well, thank you so much, Joyce. Love always watching Montmorencey and Action, and I work on the Premature World Reserve. And I guess it's going to be celebration down at Power Road or somewhere in Montoya. Right on. Thank you. Welcome, everyone, out here to the tribe in particular. Of course, let's turn our attention to Curemore in particular. Of course, they had a fantastic summer. Of course, when finishing off, we have an awesome Premature. We're now, of course, they won by 6th today.
We'll see, and of course, the team joins right now. I'll tell us a bit about it. Thanks all of you for joining us. Yeah. Thank you. We'll go. Thank you. We'll go around the circle. I'll get you to introduce yourselves and tell us a bit about the season. Hi, my name's Olivia. And this season has been a very good season. Very intense. I love getting close with all the girls. But mainly, it was just a lot of teamwork, got a dedication, and we won the grandfile. Or because of just teamwork and sportsmanship. Yeah. Yeah, Olivia. That's it. Yeah. Yeah, Olivia. Awesome. Yeah. Yeah, we got it. We got it. I can't hold it. Tell us, was there any point in the game that you felt comfortable enough to enjoy the moment? Yeah, when the song went and everyone goes, good game. And I was like, what? And I realised it was actually the end of the game. We won. J.B. Yeah. I think we all thought we had another quarter of a play. Oh, really?
Yeah. I don't know what to call us through this. But it's OK. We won. We fought to the end of the game. Yeah, we fought to the very end. We won. Everyone was good game. I'm saying we didn't even know. I'll finish with these last two. What is special about this team? Oh, that's my beautiful go. I got to say it. My beautiful. Like yeah. We just make sure that everyone stays on their feet. And that everyone is just kind to each other. There's no. They're so bitchyness. They're bitchyness? Yeah. Let's all out. Yeah, let's all out to each other's back. We must go. We just beat them as a team. Yeah. And the last one, how much celebration and love that cup's going to get? Oh, it's getting blazing in it, we're going to scull it. I reckon it's going to get a few free tingles in there. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I'm actually just going to have to get a bet worth something. I know, I'm just going to bet worth a bet. Yeah. One. Well, down on the wind that was a dominant display. I'm out there all the way. And it comes back especially well down on the wind. And, uh, celebrate tonight. Yeah. Go. Get it out. Rob here, of course, the final one, of course, which is the Division II Netball Premiership. Of course, that is Bundro, because they chained around a 17-point loss early in the year to Wat Sonya and they absolutely built it Wat Sonya by 15 today and a 32-point turnaround. Thanks all of you for joining us. I'll get all of you to introduce yourselves and tell us what does this Premiership mean considering the last time you've ever seen you lost by about 17. Sorry, my name is Grace and I actually wasn't here on the last game that we played That's right.
Why not? You got me there, you got me there. Sorry. She was the difference. Hi, I'm Claire. It was nice to beat them because we lost my so much last time, so yeah it was good. My name's Evie. I think the late game helped. Yeah. That feels good. My name's Monica and yeah it was just great to get a win over the last time. I'm Lauren. I don't remember the last game. It's got a really bad memory. This is a two-pater for me, so I'm very happy. Hi, I'm Claire. Yeah, it feels really good. Hi, I'm Emily and yeah, this one means a lot because I did it with my beautiful friends and we cannot wait to party. I'm Rose. This means just getting back all together and getting the win, which is the most important. I'm Sarah and it's just been a lot of fun to make a lot of new friends
and be welcomed into the team this year, so yeah. I'm Ashley and it's nice to get a win after the beating last time, but we got to celebrate a nice hands. I'm Zoe. This is just absolutely huge, such an incredible group of women that I've had the pleasure to play with. Win all lose, but yeah, I'm really glad to get on top because I lost when I didn't have been fun today. Also, we just want to give a shout out to Tessa and Sarah who coached us all season and their babies decided the semi-final and grandfinal, which were really good nights to enter the world and go into labour, so we missed them, but this is for them as well. It's a two-part question. The first part is for yourselves. How special is this going to be, especially drinking out of that? I mean, so I need to ask you, consider, obviously, Fundry 1, 2, 3 in the summer. Two. Two. What do I guess? All goals, eight. One. And they won a division 11, but they put their hand over the top of one of the ones that look like a division one win.
Yes. So that was fantastic. But what does that mean? Ah, it was great for those girls. A lot of those girls in that team had won for about 10 years, you know, got into a grand final, so they were over the moon. But there were two winnings, it's fantastic because I think they've battled hard the last few seasons, then they've been there about, so it's really good to get over the line and get into the grand final and win it. And girls got to meet each other, connect, and have a bit of fun during the season, so it was great to see. I think we lost that last game against those guys because they had to go to the series, hence not. I think she was the cause of the loss. Can we go in? What are we going to drink out of the Coke? No, it's going to be a really good celebration for us with a hard work we did for this season. We practically had our whole team the whole season, so we got that connection on the court. Great group of girls, great skills, a nipple, and yeah, we just can't wait to go out and have shots
and shun't get out of our primary shoot cup. We have to shout out to our little mascot Ella. She loves coming and watching us, sorry. Thank you so much to join us. I'm pretty late night and well done on the primary shoot, especially the way that you see the tonight and after what happened last time, so well done and celebrate the rest of Friday and the long weekend. Thank you.
