Spring Hill College Joins Gulf South Conference

The badges will compete in 15 sports there, including baseball, basketball, soccer, and volleyball. They've already been affiliate members in soccer and women's golf since 2014. This move makes Spring Hill the fifth Alabama school in the Gulf South Conference, alongside teams from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Auburn University and Montgomery, the University of Montevallo, and the University of West Alabama. The change comes now that the conference has dropped its old football requirement, which had blocked them before.
