For lures, casking ALTI baitcasters are killing stripers, per its Huey's Bay test, pair with swim baits or metal lips like rat traps and chrome. Fat baits, live anchovies or sardines on a Carolina rig or pile warms for halibut. Fish slowly or bottom on tides.
