Spitting image
If someone is the spitting image of another person, it means they look almost exactly the same — often a child looking like a parent, or two siblings who could be twins.
Examples:
1- My niece is the spitting image of my sister — same smile, same eyes, even the same way of walking.
2- He hadn’t seen his old friend in 20 years, but when he met her daughter, it was like looking into the past — she was her spitting image.
