I can't believe our first hit in my team. MJ, he looks perfect. Pretend like you're not the happiest. You've ever been in your entire life. Oh, no. I knew it. Look at the car creating Spider-Man, man. Whoa. Not a CGI. Wow. Wow. Look at all these guys. Okay. Okay, that's pretty cool. They've never done a shot like that before. My name is Peter Parker. Hi, Peter. Different web shooters. Interesting. But we used to know each other. Something bad was going to happen in the only way to stop it. Keith and his city. Forget about me. Because I'm not just Peter Parker. I'm Spider-Man. Spider guy. Web slinging man. Oh. Punisher. Yeah. Put your whip. Whoa. Shoot yourself. Damn. Go home. Go home. Amazing Spider-Man. Sometimes Spider-Man has to do the hard thing. Even if it breaks Peter Parker's heart.

New boyfriend. Oh, man. What is happening to me? You're going through a mid-life process. Oh, is he going through a mid-life process? Oh, man. What is happening to me? You're going through a mid-life process. Oh, is he organic web? Not a morpheus? Oh, yeah. Oh, no. In the trailer. Man, Spider. Damn, he's cut. Yeah. Damn, he's cut. Good for you. Good for you, Tom Holland. Excuse me, Dr. Banner. I need your help. Let me say a name. Mr. Mark. Haha. 15A is mutating. Could be enormously dangerous. It's got to be mutated as a man. It's got three life cycles. Haha. The great scene between cycles. It can't leave the Spider vulnerable to threats. That voice, man. We are faced with a danger. But we can't control. One we can't even see. Carlton. Oh, man. Out of my life. Yeah. It's got to be a certain type of argumenter. It's going to be a certain type of argumenter.

And for those spiders who make it through. You can mount that. Basic 1515 cover. There's something right in the hand. I remember one cover. Black eyes. Wow. An actual, like, accurate interpretation of the hand. Nice flowers. Oh, they're a housewarming gift. I'm MJ. I'm just a neighbor from Cross the Hall. Neighbor. Friendly neighbor. Haha. There you go. Oh, what a good trailer. That was a great trailer. That was a really solid trailer. I was going to be a lot to talk about, especially with, like, Daredevil out right now. And the hand. The hand being here. I remember a lot of more. Which we talked about a few months ago being possibility. Now it's here. Yeah. I remember a lot more Daredevil comics lately. And so to see these tie-ins. And then they confirmed that there's these are actually going to be connected in some way. I think the creator, one of the showrooms, Daredevil, one of them. I forget who. I think I sure specials, but Twix, the Daredevil, and digging this. That was actually really, this is a good looking trailer.

There was a really cool trailer. John, how are you feeling? Are you awake now? I am awake and I care about things in life now. Oh, finally. Yeah, finally. That's a very charming. I mean, this. It does have that kind of, like, you know, multi issues of a comic kind of vibe. Like, oh, here's a handful of things that are happening, but none of them look too outsized. None of them look too cosmic. Even the prospect of having another mentor in here seems like it could potentially be tempered in a way that is, you know, complimentary of the character without losing the character right now. Yeah. They're in a position where they got to do something definitive right now. So it looks like they could do that. How do you feel about actually seeing Spider-Man on top of buildings and, you know, just a guy in a suit. People are like freaking out about that when, you know, like, that we had that for so many years. But now that we're finally due to Tom Holland. It's exciting. What's funny is he just swam before. And like, he did a good and far from home. Don't forget those moments. There's still a lot of practical and CGI.

Yeah. But I mean, like, the idea of, like, at the very beginning of the trailer of him just, like, chilling on top of the city. That's so cool. That's actually just around New York City on top of buildings and stuff and swinging around. Like, a lot of this was reminding me of, like, the other Spider-Man movies in a good way. Yeah. You know, that's what I mean by that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Is like, how does it feel to go back to that? When I think of the Marvel Spider-Man movies, I imagine doing a Ferris Bueller through people's back, y'all, or I imagine being in Europe. So it's nice to be in New York City with Spider-Man. Yeah. It is. I feel very bad. Yeah, I really do like the blending of, you know, yeah, seeing more of the practical suit. And then the CG that you know that they're good at doing. Hey, and they might give you man spider finally. I am here for that. Give me my man spider. Hey, I mean, Koeh, I'm someone who has greatly enjoyed the Tobin McGuire era. Uh-oh. And I'm sort of greatly enjoyed the Indrograph Hill era.

Oh. As sort of I. And I'm also like, you know, I'm excited for him to be street level. I heard the rumors of organic webbing. Yeah. I heard them rumors. It's kind of crazy that the trailer. They too. It's kind of crazy to the trailer showing that. But this is the first time where they're actually really embracing him being truly street level. Yeah. Yeah. If they go full organic webbing and get rid of him having web shooters. And because you know, there's so many situations and stakes that he runs into when he's like, oh, I'm out of fluid and shit. Yeah. Are you, would you be excited for this? Do you think this will be a development that they commit to and keep for the future? I like mechanical web spiders web shooters. I think mechanical web shooters makes more sense because he is both a scientist and someone who has these powers. And if he had web spinnerets, they wouldn't be coming out of his wrists. So I think it just makes more sense if they're mechanical. But I really trust this team. So I'm, I'm excited for something that I prefer the other way to be done in a new medium to show me why it's cool. Yeah.

Like, I feel like the token McGuire ones did it because it made sense for the time. I don't know if we need that now, but this is a good opportunity for me to be proven wrong. Yeah. Like when something happens that isn't from the comics, I'm always open-minded about it in a medium like film or TV because there are characters. Like, Sentry is a great example. I like Sentry and his origin. And that's about all the Sentry comics I like. After the opening of the Paul Jenkins run a Sentry, I'm kind of like, the characters aren't working other people write them. But then Thunderbolts, the movie made me like Sentry in a new way. So I'm always open-minded when the medium adapts something I don't like because then it shows me how it can work. This is that for me because what this trailer did was it showed me how much Destin Daniel Cretten is the man of the people that love Spider-Man that happens to be one of the best directors doing action cry. Like the dude made Shang-Chi a character that way superseded what the ingredients of the comics were. And then he loved Spider-Man so much it was his kid's first word. Yeah. So if you get a guy that loves Spider-Man who's an incredible director, you team with a guy who's played him for 10 years who's become associated with them.

You give them both the actual creative ability. This is what you get. If there's anyone that's going to make me like organic west, like this is the team. And then in this trailer, I mean, we got a spectacular Spider-Man number one cover with tarantula. We got what was that beautiful, amazing fantasy cover moment like pop. This incorporated so many iconic images in new contexts like this hand shots on screen right now. It is clearly showing you like we know it. We love it. Trust us. Here we go. Yeah. I got a boomerick. Oh, that's amazing Spider-Man 3242. That's what I call was boomerick. This is got so that's an amazing 342. Oh, the next frame is tarantula. And that's spectacular Spider-Man number one cover. I'm used to tarantula having a giant tarantula. So black tarantula is black with the tarantula in space. Tarantula has these great little shoe bullies. Did anyone notice the shoe boys right now? So you've freezed this image. This is a really cool.

I love how these look like comic book stills. You even got the cop down. There's an injured cop right there with the gun. This is really cool. The cover's bright red and yellow and they do an actual recreations here. Cool. This is pretty sick. Yeah. You know what really jacked me up though guys. Yeah. What are you most? You know, I'm very fortunate enough to all of us are where we go to a lot of events now where we might see some celebrities here and there or famous actors, whatever. And a lot of time, I don't even say hi to like 99% of them. I really don't care too. However, I went to one particular event where Michael Mando was there. And as a huge fan of Better Call Saul and absolute love and his work is not you in that show and then knowing he would be back for this. I was like, I have to go say hi to him. You know, like something that people are arguing like way more if not arguing. There's for people who are like so much more famous than him that I've seen. I don't care. But this was one that meant something to me just because of how much I love his work. So to see him back, finally being able to be scorpion.

And he's been teasing that he's probably going to be some type of symbiot scorpion at some point based off of his social media. Hell yeah. I think this guy's finally given his due. I'm really jacked for him to get this true scorpion interpretation. You see we got a scorpion suit here. No helmet though. Who had the black eyes that was him? The what? They were like black eyes in one of the shots of the trailer. I don't know. I miss a lot of stuff on the first watch. I mean, there's going to be a lot that we're going to go through during the actual live stream that we're doing here. We'll probably go we could probably go frame by frame during it. No frame by frame. You know what I can see them doing well? The external web shooters are so, I mean obviously external but they're very different in their like scope like how much of them there is. I wonder if it's going to be organic webbing that the web shooters has to like direct them. And that's a way that things could fail mechanically. Keep the science going. Interesting. Because we've never seen web shooters quite like that. We have to correct this. Yes. We'll find out between now and July 31st. Right now. Before the movie does. Yeah. I'd like to be right.

Or than anything else. I want to put the break down out before we see the movie. Yes, please. And also got to say last thing I'll say before we head out. And get ready for the next thing is. Cinematography looks great. Yeah. Um, in terms of like actual color grading. I'm really happy with that. It's just excited to see a Spider-Man movie that doesn't, you know, like. Or a lot of the MCU gets criticized. And I think rightfully so. For kind of having the same as you look or kind of like a bit of a flat lighting. And I think that like the shot with him like I made the made the funeral shot. That was not the funeral shot, but the tombstone graveyard shot. Yeah, that was freaking like. Whoa, this looks really good. You know, you feel that New York hair. Two last thoughts. Uh, I love that Tom Holland is going to be the top Holland in the Spider-Man suit that we've always wanted. That they're not CGIing over it, but they're actually letting the acrobatics look like a man in a suit. I miss the CGI. Very, very nice. Yeah. Not enough artists getting their due. Yeah, we get for the first. Just kept the automators in here.

Uh, and Destiny Daniel Kretten. Uh, I love that the way this is like you mentioned color grading. But the, the DP work. You can start to see the flavor of his visuals. But after Wonder Man, I also have so much excitement for those little quiet moments. Like I feel like this is going to be a mix of the Shang-Chi choreography with Wonder Man's like character study. And I love that into an half minutes. You feel way more of a Punisher Spider-Man banter connection than I expected. Like I expected there to show John Burntel, but I felt that like reluctant. They have to deal with each other just from like the character moments in 20 seconds of screen time. Yeah. So both the strengths of Tom Solomon, Destiny Daniel Kretten were in the trailer. Yeah, this movie seems like it's inspired. Like it's kind of interesting to have a last movie had to acquire Andrew Garfield. And this one seems to be kind of borrowing or like inspired elements from both their movies. Yeah. Because it's got like that depression dealing with like the webbing and the obvious like lonely isolation that comes with just being Peter Parker with all those movies.

But that feels a little bit more akin to the Toby era. But then yeah, exactly. And then having all the multiple different the more fleshed out world of all the lived in villains and stuff feels a little bit more amazing Spider-Man. Yeah, to me. So there's a there's a lot of different elements at play here. And Jamel Tillman. Woo. Thank God for you. All right guys. Italian Spider-Man. Italian Spider-Man. Spider-Man. Spider-Man. Thank you guys so much for being here. Keep a look out for when we're live. Hey. Let's get to it people. Peace out. Organic. He says it every time. Two teams. One cup.
