About this episode
Deathember continues on Second Print Comics! There once was a time when the death of major characters still mattered in comic books - and even more so in the case of DC Comics of the late '80's when The Flash, Supergirl and Jason Todd's Robin all died - and stayed dead (at least for the time being...). In 1992, amid slagging sales and a delayed wedding storyline, DC editorial decided to do the unthinkable - and kill Superman. Marc and Remso take a look at this storyline that spanned every Superman comic book and brought scores of new fans into DC comics - including a young Marc Clair.
