**What are three principles to your life?**

Learn as much as possible

Do the hard things

Lift others up with your success

"The one thing I want people to take away from this, is that we need to be driving more creativity into education. We need to be giving people the opportunity to come up with their own ideas, and to have the chance to showcase them and develop them. Turn them into things. If we can change the way people think about that, that will be more powerful than the innovations that will come out of it."
