The plans are already greenlit by the local Planning and Zoning Commission back in early January. They're building at three-story headquarters, 14,000 square feet strong, with two floors of offices sitting over 61 parking spots on. The three-quarter acre lot, CEO Evan Bokor, calls it a game changer. Their first own digs, built exactly how they needed. Right now, the teams leasing 16,000 square feet in merit corporate woods, a spot they've held since 2009, and this move, pulls their 58 Milford employees into the new build. Founded back in 1984, Somerset's grown to 150 employees worldwide after stints in Westport and Bridgeport. The seller, par-armory LLC out of New York, had grabbed the property for $1.3 million
