4:02It all matters now because the numbers are obscene. And now, in more ways than one, the effect on the markets and the effect on your wallets, the effect on the intangible confidence that. 5:03we're not going to like you. So where do I start? Well cause and effect. Oil prices today. As I speak, have broken out above the highs of May, up $7 right now as I speak. We warned you. We warned you on several notes. Just a go. We said to you here, total and utter miscalculations, miscalculations by this administration on Iran. Line with the daily lying by this president on what's going on with Iran and the straight

6:06of Hormuz. And that is a combination that we may argue on. You may disagree. But the market is yelling and screaming and you're going to see prices at the pump going towards $5. No I'm not making this up. So you made this agree with my thoughts, but we have been right about the miscalculations. To this day, he's lying about it. We'll read the news about the straights, about what the Houthis did today. That the president says they have no military left while they're bombing the crap out of our bases. A combination of miscalculation on a war and lying about it daily to the American public,

7:10which means everyone around the world is a disastrous combination. And again, forget my opinion, $7 today, oil prices. I can also add what we've said to you. How to held you not fire somebody? Just remember, the president takes opinions of the defense department run by Mr. Heads Seth, who by the way, I've only met months, believe it or not, you know why I met him? In Jerusalem, he was filled with a documentary and I do this myself. This was many years ago. How is the headed defense department not fired? Somebody's got to tell me that. But back on point and you, you're going to see gas prices at five bucks.

8:14If nothing changes, we're talking present right now up another seven bucks. If you look at the USO, it is an ETF, an exchange-trained fund, or whatever they call it. It is broken out of range today higher than the May high. This is bad news. Why is it bad news? Number one, what you're paying at the pump. Number two, the cost of everything. Go search the question, how many products are made with petroleum? And you'll see what we're talking about. It is by no accident. Some of the weakest areas of the market are airlines, cruise lines, transports, why, duh, spends, gas.

9:20So that's the starters. A sheer and utter disappointment. A big failure, not measured by me, but by the markets. Promise you that counts in a very big way. I heard diesel prices up in California, ten bucks. So that's number one. And as we have said to you, I don't know how we extricate. And the reason I say that is because Iran doesn't give a crap. And they played the president like there's no tomorrow knowing about his elections. And I take no joint staining these, but these are facts.

10:22And as I speak, it's about 233 pm Florida time. Market will close about in 90 minutes. Make it 87. Dow down another 400. S&P down 48. Nasdaq 173. Advanced declines another hard day. Yesterday was 3 to 1 negative. Today the New York is more than 3 to 1 to the negative. Nearing 4 to 1. Nasdaq's 3 to 1 to the negative. So I start with that. Bit of news. Sorry to say. And again, not only a total miscalculation, but just lying to the public on a daily basis about what's going on.

As we will talk market specific, but as you know, we have been telling you housing, housing related, retail, consumer areas, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, casinos, restaurants. I don't know what the reason is today today. They're clipping commodity types, copper, aluminum, platinum, palladium. Keeping down today in a very big way. Very mushy markets. 21:01This after you ripped the buy family for their corruption, by the way, we did not excuse Biden's corruption, we ripped them good. So the president did two hours of a speech yesterday and lied for about an hour and 40 minutes and then proposed amazingly $5,000 to every adult. Vote for us and you're going to get $5,000. Well first let me tell each and every one of you, don't spend, he's lying. Do you remember the Dogey 5000 they were going to send you? No, you don't remember that do you because you never got it. There was also a tariff, was that 2000 they were going to send you? Nope, they did.

22:03I'll check you in again from health care, not you didn't get it. This was socialistic pandering at its height, the highest, that's a word. And what's more than depressing is not just him, but others afraid to not kick his socialist arse and saying, oh what a great idea, horse crap. If that was a Democrat offering that a bribe to get votes, the Republican Party would be ripping the stuffings out of that Democrat. But now, oh what an idea. As we have told you, we left this party years ago because we saw the train coming down the tracks, it's getting worse.

24:08It was just up almost $7. It's up about 6 now. So it's moving back and forth. Well, you got the Treasury Secretary that thinks he's bigger than the bond market, which is trillions of dollars. It's buying up lawn bonds. And as I've stated, that's a fly on an elephant's arse. I hate to tell you as I speak right now. The 10 year yield is up over a stick today. 4.9. Yesterday it was 4.837. It is broken out of multi-year range. The five year yield is up 1.26 today at 4.738. 4. So you have a Treasury Secretary that doesn't know what the hell he's doing either and thinks

31:37have gone up. And today another big move up into multi-year highs and that combination. And if we told you here of higher yields and higher oil is one hell of a one two punch. And as you know we speak to industry here and as you know we don't do with any bias. A gem I have spoken to industry. They're worried. They're worried. Remember the economy runs on what it is used to having. Hey, I'm a big corporation.

32:38I'm used to having oil prices here. I'm used to having yields here. And now both sharply higher. Adjustments have to be made. Profits go down. Markets get affected. You all know that. You the people that are out there working. You know that. If you are an Uber or a Lyft driver. What you make being eaten up. If you are buying a house and getting a mortgage. You've paid a lot more than you did before. If you are just the toughest job in the world. A mom. And you're driving your kids around.

33:38You're paying a lot more. Forget. And I can go on and on and on and on. And you have sheer ineptitude running the show. They have been telling us they are geniuses. They are far from it. But I get from many people right now. Well, it's better than Kamala. If that's the only answer we can get. We're screwed. We were told they were genius. Not to worry. And we end up with endless control freaks. And very corrupt. And again, none of that is opinion.

34:41It's all out there for you to see. And again, we take no joy. But now as we start the show. Thing you. The markets. Your money. Your job. Your industry. And he was up there for two hours last night. Lying out his butt. I can't even begin to tell you. And those of you that love him in a cursing me out right now. Take a step back and ask yourself if Joe Biden was doing all the things he's doing. And now offering a lie $5,000 for me. What would you be stating in saying? As we have told you for years, we are policy people.

35:41We see no personality. We see no personality. That's why I'm always amazed how people in love or in hate of politicians. I never have understood it. Never understood it. Now these people sick in the mind, interviewing this crumb. Do you know what he did yesterday? He put out a meme coin. Struck 95, 96% already. What an ass clown. Another corrupt piece of crap. He had friends of Joe paid half million bucks for his paintings.

37:46It was just all that was, was, what was he doing? For the family, himself, a somewhat legal way. He's not selling paintings anymore. You know what? Biden's out office. As we have said all along, we've had like three or four or five retail names. We're relatively strong. The rest, bad.

46:03Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, gaming slash casinos, bearish. And pretty darn bearish. Obviously the outcome of oil prices. Housing and housing related. Bearish. We've been bearish on that. And what would be the cause and effect? Mortgage rates go in higher. And I think we are in record inventory around the United States. Yeah, I'm pretty sure. Commodity types. Take away gold for a second and silver. Other commodity types. Some of them looked OK before today. They're getting creamed today. Restaurants. We've been naming a few that were pretty strong. Less strong now with bad shape, by the way, consumer related. Again, economically sensitive names.

47:06Well, United Rantles is down another 47 bucks today. What can I tell you? And what do we mean by economically sensitive? Our industry. United Rantles, WW Granger. Crap like that. Financials. Well, they just topped out the regional banks. Other banks, couple in shape. Others not. A lot of financials trading below the 50-day moving average. And not great. Transports. Duh. Under a lot of pressure. Why? Of course, why? Gas. Oil prices. And they've been worse sitting by the day. Though I do want to mention the Uber CEO. I think just bought a chunk of stock.

There's a little bit of news for you. Consumer staples. Couple that are strong. Smucker is strong. Most of them are bearish. Semiconductors. Artificial. Had a nice three-day move. Getting roughed up today. And it's been a narrow move. What do we mean by that? Well, I have about 100 semiconductor names and about 75 artificial intelligence names. That's 175 names. I'm going to 160 of them are still below the 50-day move in average. Some weigh down in their bearish phase and to be avoided.

49:08Others, as we've said, things like a better action in San this, micron, a few others. Medical health care farmer. They were having their way for a while. They're getting hit now. Getting roughed up. Starting with Eli Lilly. Eli Lilly broke out a range, failed, and now breaking down. Go figure. And then there's the advanced decline figures. All that means is the chart patterns worsen. The downtrends get deeper. More names top out. Markets are tougher. Creates headwinds. Simple as that. Short-term.

50:09Leave no doubt. Markets are deeply oversold. Stretched, extended. Decent. Drop in oil prices. Any decent drop in yields. Think we have a good bounce. But as of this second, at 3.02 PM, Florida time, 902 PM where I am in Italy. Oil. Up $5.70. The good news is it was that up 7. Yields up over a stick on the 5 and 10 year. That has to change. They came out with an inflation number today. Not good. Oil. There's another inflation number tomorrow. Have no clue what it's going to be. Have no clue what the reaction. But oil dictates.
