About this episode
In this week's episode, I will invite you to reflect on the necessity of slowing down and taking time off throughout your busy day. Inspired by my last week's flu and a situation from a friend's life, I've written a piece to invite more self-care for ourselves and our bodies. By becoming aware of the innate need to constantly rush from one task to another, I recognised the need to just let myself be at peace from time to time. I will touch on the importance of sleep, as well as invite you to consider the ways in which we should take greater care of ourselves when stuck in the business of everyday activity.
I hope you will find this episode insightful and helpful.
