It's time for the six at six on KCMO talk radio. Number one, well, we'll start in Iran where today at 12 o'clock, President Trump will do a news conference with the military. That is just over five hours away high noon. You will hear from the president of the United States, and we'll run that also on KCMO. I assume the Vince show will have it. I'm hoping the Vince show will have it, but if not, you will hear it right here on KCMO. We're going to run it. All right. So this is the first time the president has done this in conjunction with the military. Of course, there was an incredible mission over the weekend where we were able to save an airman out of an Iranian mountain, basically, and get him back to safety.

1:08You also have negotiations ongoing right now between the US Israel and Iran. Reuters reporting during the overnight hours that the US and Iran have received the framework of a plan to end their five week old conflict, though Tehran rejected any immediate move, any immediate move to reopen the street of hormones. So this is being brokered by Pakistan, and it's been happening over the overnight hours, and there's a broader settlement that potentially includes a ceasefire of 15 to 20 days, while both sides try to then figure out what the off ramp looks like. But that's just been some of the overnight reporting. Of course, as we get more this morning, we'll bring it to you here on KCMO talk radio. This was in the area of 57th and ask you avenue at about 7 30 p.m. They found a man with gunshot wounds lying in the street. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. KCPD's investigation reveals that an altercation took place between the victim. And multiple other men shots were fired and the men left the scene and have not yet been located detectives are on the scene. Looking for evidence suspects have not been identified. Nobody is in custody. Of course anybody with information asked to call the tips hotline. Anonymously 816474 T I P S number three. Well, congratulations to Gracie hunts the daughter of chief CEO and owner Clark Hunt announcing her engagement on social media over the weekend.

3:20Let's give a round of applause to Gracie hunt. She is engaged to Derek Green, the son of former chief's quarterback Trent Green. They went public with their relationship last May. They have known each other since childhood. And now they're getting engaged. What a nice love story. Of course, Trent Green played quarterback here in Kansas City. So Clark Hunt was signing his checks and now. Trent Green's kid has asked Clark Hunt's daughter to marry her. How about that? Wow. That's come full circle. That is come full circle. So there you go. Congratulations to Gracie hunt and Derek Green. Boy, that's going to be some wedding. Is it not holy cow? Kind of wondering about the economics of all that. You know, I think that. Cansons should there should be a table for Kansas taxpayers at the wedding. Given the stadium plans. What do you think of that? We could raffle off a couple of tickets here on KCMO talk radio.

4:22I like that idea. I'm in. I'll to run it by the Hunt family first, but there should be a table for Kansas taxpayers at the Gracie hunt wedding. And I'll see how far that goes. Number four, not very far as my guess, by the way. All right, Johnson County. Let's go there. The sheriff's office is warning of a traffic violation scam. The sheriff's office said it has received numerous messages over the weekend about a court notice being sent to people across the county. This is also happening apparently in Miami County. It's a scam. It appears to be a fake final notice sent from the state of Kansas regarding a traffic violation. When looking up for a scam, the sheriff's office shared some things to look for all of the case numbers are the same and are in the incorrect format. There is not a judge named Michael Rodriguez at the Johnson County district court. You will not receive a court notice through text message, especially on a holiday or on a Sunday and QR codes are not used to collect payment on traffic tickets.

5:24Okay. I got that text yesterday. You did. Yeah. Wow. And I've taken the training here. So I know it's a scam right away. I just put it in the spam folder. Delete. It's gone. You got a text or an email? I got a text. Oh, wow. Okay. Wow. You got it, Mark. They have the QR code and everything. They think you're a sucker, man. I guess. But they don't know you. No, they don't know you. All right. Well, that was happening all across Johnson County yesterday. So do not fall for it. Number five. Meantime at the today show Savannah Guthrie makes her return today. Of course, the search for her mother has been ongoing since January 28th. This is her first appearance in studio since. Wow. It's been that long. My goodness. It's been. I can't believe it. She has not been in studio since late January. I can't believe it's been happening now for two plus months. But here we are. So Savannah Guthrie back on the today show this morning.

6:25And I guess it was quite a scene outside of the today show studios knowing that Savannah Guthrie was going to be making her return. But of course, they are still looking for her mother Nancy as that search has been ongoing for well over two months. Number six. And last up in our six at six tonight's the NCAA tournament championship game is happening 750 tip off central time between Yukon and Michigan. I will be pulling for the Wolverines as a villain of a guy. I don't need to see Yukon win another national championship. It will make me throw up. So tip off tonight 750 central time. They can move this game up by 20 30 minutes. No reason it should be after 8 30 Eastern time. Just get it going at 8 28 30 and move on. But it's a 750 tip tonight.
