The film makes his world premiere tonight at the 2026 SXSW Film Festival. The plot centers on a group of queer friends in New York City, throwing an eviction funeral party amid a brutal heat wave. Tensions boil over with no food in sight, and then their dead friend crashes the gathering. Fans are buzzing about the ensemble cast, including Asha Lee, Elise Kibbler, Genevieve Simon, Jaye Riley Jr., Nora Kaye, Sophie Sagan-Guthers, and Daisy Rosado herself.
