So your Payne, Chanjitbt, Descript, an email platform, hosting provider, project manager, all the things, and you're still copying and pasting between five, six different tabs and applications just to publish one episode. Don't you find that a little bit insane? Because here's the thing, AI is supposed to, what was supposed to save you time. So my question is, why are you working harder than ever and not smarter? Welcome to the episode of the Organized Prenour Podcast. My name is Al Dreamah Harper and I am your podcast strategist and efficiency architect. And I am here to help you to build the podcast media machine that runs your business

on autopilot. So I hope you're ready for this episode today because today we're gonna help you reclaim your time. That's what the efficiency is all about, right? So listen up because today I'm gonna give you an assignment right up front, okay? And your assignment is to write down all of the apps or the tech platforms or what have you that you're using just to publish and to record and publish one episode. Just count them, write them down, and if they're costing you anything, if they're not costing you monetarily, here's the thing. If they're not costing you monetarily, there may be free apps. They're costing you mentally bandwidth. They're costing you, okay? Because most podcasters, and listen, I'm not saying this just to,

this is not imaginary, okay? I did it myself, but most podcasters are running what I call a Frankenstein workflow. And sometimes people do this to save money. And again, if you're doing this to save money, then I can give you a little bit of grace, but at some point you have got to do this to save yourself some time. Because guess what? Time is infinitely more valuable than money. And some of you are doing this to save money, but you're not looking at your time. And I want you to really consider this, this doing this audit, okay? Because every time you move from one audio app to another app, or copy a transcript from one editor app

and to another app like ChatGPT or what have you, what you are doing, you are performing what I call the data handoff, okay? Every manual data handoff costs you, guess what? 10 minutes of content switching and focus. So let's just do the math on that. Let's just say you have five apps and each of them, every time you do a switch, it's costing you 10 minutes minimum. Guess what? That's almost an hour to do one episode. I want you to think about that, think about that. That's 10 minutes each of context switching and focus. Nobody has time for that, right? So a healthy tech stack for 2026. So if you're watching this,

maybe years from now, what have you? Hopefully by now you have done the switch, okay? So a healthy tech stack, switch, two things, or should be only two things, okay? A recording tool and a centralized mission control center, a place that holds your files, your AI, your marketing tasks, everything on one single dashboard. And the tool that holds your articles must talk to the tools that writes your emails. Like it should all be like one congruent, nice workflow. I mean, just thinking about it should make you feel a sense of calm. It should make you feel a sense of relief

and not frustration when you sit down to record and create your content. So if your current process feels messy, then I want to show you what a fully centralized one login system looks like. Go to my site, organizedpuner.io.page-slash-site. And just grab my one-click show notes generator, okay? It's a free PDF and then you're going to be able to find a prompt that's gonna help you to create everything that you need for your show notes and your titles and all of the things in one place. Like it's free, but it will help you to cut down on all of the going back and forth

and the data handoff like I was just telling you. So basically, if you use like a platform, personally, I use Riverside, okay? And I'll put a link in there so that you can go and try it out for yourself. I'm pretty sure there's a free trial in there, but I'll put the link in the show notes as well. But you can go sign up for one platform that helps you to generate all of what you need in one place. I hadn't planned on sharing this, but listen. And maybe I'll do, you know, like a complete breakdown of Riverside on another episode, but like you can host your podcast there. You can create your episodes there. You can schedule your episodes there. You can do all of the things in one place.

But now that's not what this episode was about. This episode is about you stop doing the data handoff. That's costing you time, it's costing you 10 minutes every time you do these switchoffs, okay? So that is a free PDF download that you can go and grab and start acting like a podcast CEO and not an admin, okay? Nothing wrong with admins. I've been an admin myself. However, you don't want to be doing all of the things. So stop letting your software dictate your schedule. Take control of your workflow, okay? I'll leave you with my favorite scripture about order. First Corinthians 14 and 40. It says, let all things be done decently and in order.

See you next time on an organized manure podcast. I hope this provided some value for you and be blessed. Stay calm. Stop stressing, but get things and that's what it's all you have. Haven't amazing.
