Shona McCarthy is an artist from Northern Ireland and the CEO of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, the greatest open access arts festival in the world. She sits on the board of several cultural centers and events, following her vocation to lead and develop projects through internationally engaged cultural practice.
