Shavon Revel Junior: Cowboys' Cornerback to Watch

0:00On March 24th, the Dallas Cowboys finished last season with seven wins, nine losses, and one tie, and while they made some moves in free agency, they still need young players to step up for 2026. Today, we're spotlighting Cornerback, Shavon Rebel Jr., a third-round pick from 2025, selected 76th overall. He's got three years left on his rookie deal and showed promise right away. Rebel started the year on the non-faball injury list, but debuted against the Las Vegas Raiders. He played in seven games, starting five, and racked up 35 tackles along with three pass breakups. A concussion sideline him for the finale against the Giants. That knee injury forced him to wear a brace all season, which slowed him down and even pulled him out of plays at times. The Cowboys' cornerback grew black's height, and at six foot two, Rebel is their second tallest option behind only tri-quaisy bridges. This off season, the top priority is getting that knee fully healthy so he can ditch the brace and move freely.
