Dr. Judson Brandeis is a Board-Certified Urologist with expertise in Sexual Medicine for Men. He is the Director of Clinical Excellence for GAINSWave and created their online Male Sexual Medicine Curriculum. Dr. Brandeis is also the Lead Instructor for the in-person Male Sexual Medicine course which includes GAINSWave Shockwave Therapy and PRP injections. BrandeisMD, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializes in GAINSWave for ED and Peyronie’s Disease, Penile Augmentation and other medical and surgical procedures that improve sexual function.

Dr. Brandeis has appeared on The Doctors show as well as Podcasts/Webcasts including Ben Greenfield, Michael Ruscio, Susan Bratton, Emily Morse and Dr. Drew. He has presented his original research on GAINSWave Shockwave Therapy combined with AFFIRM Nitric Oxide Booster at the Sexual Medicine Society of North America meeting in 2018 and 2019. He recently released a second supplement called PreLONG for Premature Ejaculation.

Dr. Brandeis completed his Surgical and Urology Residency at UCLA. He is an innovator and pioneered the use of the DaVinci Surgical Robot, Greenlight Laser for Prostate Surgery and MRIs to diagnose prostate cancer. As a General Urologist, SF Magazine (Castle-Conolly) voted him a Top Urologist in the SF Bay Area 2012 and from 2014-2019. He has been Chief of Urology at John Muir Hospital and Hill Physicians for the past eight years. Recently he transitioned from his general urology practice to focus entirely on Sexual Medicine for Men. He has an upscale practice in San Ramon, CA.

Dr. Brandeis has created the SWEET (Shock Wave Erectile Enhancement Trial) Study coordinating over 40 physicians around North America who provide data for him on patients undergoing Shock Wave Therapy. In addition, he is working on the SWAP Study (Shock Wave and Peyronie’s) utilizing his special Peyronie’s disease protocol. Most recently he has IRB approval for P-LONG, a non-invasive penile elongation study.
