Greetings, Comrades. I started this ep as a fun thing, about the weird sex-ed book from the Soviet Union. As it stands now, this episode is raw, brutal, sincere, explicit, ugly, offensive and just the story that needed to be told. Because it ended up being about how the whole regime oppressed people, how they tried to control and “normalize” the most intimate aspects of people’s lives and…how those lives were ruined. Also, this is seriously 18+ – I didn’t sugarcoat anything. I didn’t hide anything. And everything’s brutal and honest. Do NOT listen to this if you’re a minor, or overtly emotional or easily offended. You have been warned.
